  I don’t understand the „room was so clean” reviews because there was a previous guest’s hair stuck to the bottle of shampoo in our bathroom. Considering the state of the entire room, I would never eat or drink anything there.

  Room smelled like smoke, shower had black mold on the ceiling, tissue box had two tissues in it. Impossible to get an uber anywhere. Look elsewhere.

  Last leg of seven day trip and this one I had the highest expectations for due to the pricing but it fell a bit short. Rate it 3 out of the seven. 40 dollar fee for your pet was basically twice as much as any other. Nice area with many options for lodging. A little more research on my part will be needed for the trip back.

  Sooooo let’s start this off ,I wrote a review prior about the manager name Jay how he handle a situation which was very uncalled for and unprofessional .Mind you I always book a room not only one day but multiple days at a time.Hotel prices aren’t cheap.But any ways I booked a room for this weeknd .I traveled 3 hrs away to stay here to be told I can’t stay here because I’m On th DO NOT RENT list .Because of the review I left and because one night pple saw me in the lobby asleep .Which is a very lame excuse knowing I rented out the room all those days and even on the that same day from that day on.So now this very petty of the manager to do ,also messed up because now I have nowhere to go or stay in .Money won’t go back in my account for good 5-7 business day..I’m super disappointed and frustrated with this whole thing .Left me stranded with nowhere to sleep at and no transportation near by.

  First of all please do not use the ice machine, what the water looked like when it melted by morning made me rather concerned about my health. Second there was a man with luggage that slept through the night in the lobby Third I arranged for a mountain view and had nothing but a view of a condo complex Fourth the windows in the room were disgustingly dirty, had not been cleaned in a while Number 5 The pillows are absolutely terrible Number 6 the TV station selection was not up to date (did not bother me but irritated my wife) Called after to management and little to not help, the ice machine alone made a friend of mine gag when I explained the experience I will say the restaurant was delicious 😋 and that was the only good part of our experience The team was immediately told about my issues!
