  They "don't have smoking rooms anymore", but the room smelled of smoke. On sign in hallway, it stated smoking is in designated rooms only. Some rooms on thr floor had no smoking on room number outside of door, but some rooms did not. Computer system was down, and the area they said we were to put a roll-away bed, couldn't possibly fit it.

  Conveniently located, comfortable beds, and an excellent shower! Thomm was extremely welcoming and helpful! The breakfast area was spotless, and the food was fresh and warm! Thanks for a great stay!

  This hotel is the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at. Too often pet owners have to give up comfort or cleanliness when choosing a pet-friendly hotel but this is not true for the BW-Lock Haven. I don't remember the last time we stayed at a BW hotel, but we will definitely be choosing this chain first before considering any others. Thank you BW for making this such a pleasant experience...you rock! P.S. best sleep we've ever had in a hotel bed!

  Have stayed at this location several times over the year and the staff has only been exceptional and very attentive to ensuring we have an enjoyable experience.

  Grant at front desk was welcoming and kind. I appreciated that he personally checked to ensure our rooms were ready, and he immediately responded when called to request shower chair for elderly parents' room. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job with providing clean accommodations. Would definitely stay at BW next time we're in area! THANK YOU!
