  I broke down here in lock haven and was fortunate enough to find the best Western. They even gave me a preferred rate because it was an emergency. My room was clean and incredibly comfortable. Truly I didn't expect such a nice room for the rate I paid. I've been less comfortable in rooms that cost twice as much. The staff were very helpful, breakfast offered something for everyone. I was stranded here for almost two days and staying here made the experience much easier.

  Here for a baby shower and it was amazing and beautiful.

  Amazing staff. Breakfast was a hot one with eggs and sausage plus all the other goodies that they have the pastries, fruit, yogurt.

  They "don't have smoking rooms anymore", but the room smelled of smoke. On sign in hallway, it stated smoking is in designated rooms only. Some rooms on thr floor had no smoking on room number outside of door, but some rooms did not. Computer system was down, and the area they said we were to put a roll-away bed, couldn't possibly fit it.

  This hotel is the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at. Too often pet owners have to give up comfort or cleanliness when choosing a pet-friendly hotel but this is not true for the BW-Lock Haven. I don't remember the last time we stayed at a BW hotel, but we will definitely be choosing this chain first before considering any others. Thank you BW for making this such a pleasant experience...you rock! P.S. best sleep we've ever had in a hotel bed!
