  I chose this hotel because they advertised that they care for surgical patients and provide medical pricing.I chose to reserve adjoining rooms but when I arrived , the rooms were not adjoining and they did not have any . I had no choice but to stay, but my room had no remote control.And it took a full day to get me television.The room was dirty with long women's hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub grossing me out , and I had to scrub out a tub the night before my surgery , only to find out that there is no hot water in the room , it only gets tepid. I requested a room change and was told that was not possible. This situation goes beyond disappointment, it affected my after care. I originally posted a one star review.But after speaking with the manager this morning , she is making an attempt to accommodate me with a later checkout and discounting the affected room. It still leaves me with a deep disappointment.\nIn my choice about where my after care was conducted. While room cleanliness was a major defect. The place is newly renovated and the breakfast is decent. Some fine tuning of the amenities and better housekeeping would elevate this property

  There was a sign at the front desk telling customers of the possibility of discolored water coming out and issues with hot water. The first two times I flushed the toilet I noticed that, but after that, it was ok. There was no discolored water coming out of the sink or shower. I noticed no issues with the hot water. For some reason there was no breakfast due to technical issues, however, there was hot coffee. Other than that my stay was pleasant. Rooms and linens were clean. No bugs or pests.

  The location right off the highway makes this hotel very convenient for travelers, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room includes a microwave and mini-fridge, though we were surprised to find there was no coffee pot. A special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk—she was very friendly and helpful in getting us a ground-floor room for my mother. ​However, there were a few issues that made our family stay difficult. Accessibility was a real challenge; it was hard to get my mother from the car to the room, and the hotel did not have a wheelchair available. We also experienced some issues with the amenities: the pool water was cloudy and the lights were out insde the pool, making late swimming difficult. Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing; it was advertised until 9:30 AM but was closed by 9:00, with a broken toaster and limited options. One of my kiddos missed out. ​Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick stopover, but if you’re traveling with family or need specific accessibility support, I would recommend checking in with them beforehand to see if they can accommodate your needs. Thanks though for a pleasant staff and clean room.
