  We checked in for one night and the kids were in a bad mood from the car ride. They were crying and check-in wasn't the smoothest. DK really helped me out with the process and on top of that he gave my kids little water containers full of candy to cheer them up. It was an instant success. Great service really appreciate that extra touch - management please recognize DK. Thanks,

  They have bed bugs do not stay here !! Me and all my children got bit all up … the hotel manager refused to call me back !!

  Great experience with desk, service & housekeeping staff. Good complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from, whether you want cold or hot cereal, pancakes or sausage, bacon & eggs and lots more.

  Stayed there for 3 nights. First day I came in and checked beds as I always do and one of the bed had a very large dark brown spot on it a bout a 1/4 of the bed. Went down and reported it right away and was told that there was no other rooms available for the night and that I would be getting a new room in the morning and would be getting a discount. We'll never got the new room or the discount. And they didn't send no one there to correct the problem until the next day. Had to strip the whole bed including the encasement. Really gave me the creeps not knowing what it was. Didn't get much sleep in the days I stayed there. The carpets were also unclean and the beds were hard. The only thing I can say about this stay was the breakfasts were pretty good with good varieties of foods. The front desk staff was very nice but not very helpful. Will not be staying at this Holiday Inn again.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This property is very poorly managed. We had a reservation for one night, as we were going to take our daughter to Sesame Place. Unfortunately, she got sick and we needed to cancel, 30 hours before our reservation. I note this because according to both the booking confirmation and cancellation policy noted in their own emails, I should not have been charged a cancellation fee. And yet, they took it upon themselves to charge $187, which they claim is a one-night fee (don’t even get me started on that!). Despite calling and emailing numerous times to flag this issue, I keep being told that they are “investigating the matter” and will get back to me within 48 hours. It has not been over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. They are scammers trying to make any extra bucks off families visiting Sesame Place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place - save yourself the headache and fraud risk by booking elsewhere.
