  I'll start with the positive. The location is perfect for being in the middle of town walking distance to everything! The pool wasnt too cold and had windows with views. The negative, the hotel is very dirty. My daughter immediately noticed a stain on the side of the bed. The shower drain looked a bit dirty and their was glue like it was glued in. The walls had stains, the room smelled musty. The hotel lobby couches were dirty,and the cart we tried to use to get our luggage to the car broke like something out of a comedy. Tbey gave us free breakfast. I could see they were charging 14.95 would not be worth it to me. But they did have what you needed for a quick bite: sausage, eggs, yogurt, cerial, toast, orange juice. All the basics. I parked at the parking garage, and paid 15.00 for the day. When checking out I found out it could have been free if the person at the desk put my car info in the night before. Me in the night before

  Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years, they don’t have a check in except going to the front desk. The keys randomly stop working and worst yet they don’t even have rooms ready. Had to wait in line then wait for a room. Avoid at all costs

  The staff at this Holiday Inn are exceptional. We had a one-night stay for an event my friend was performing at around the corner, and the staff was SO HELPFUL - we experienced multiple folks going above and beyond. For such a short stay, to be this impressed was incredible. Thank you for all you do; next time I'm in Lancaster I'll 100% stay there. Fantastic walkable location as well!

  The best part of our stay so far is Kate, the Concierge. She is so personable and knowledgeable. We drove in from Connecticut today and she gave us tips on where to go in Lancaster: best places for ice cream, sweets, Amish country. She also found an item for me that the front desk clerk said the hotel didnt have! She is a pleasure to talk with and has a wealth of interesting knowledge about Lancaster. Kate is great!!

  We used this hotel as a the base camp for our getaway weekend in Lancaster. And it was perfect in location for exploring the city, amenities, and cleanliness. We arrived Friday evening after a day of work, hungry and a little disoriented from the drive. The concierge Kate asked us a few questions about what we to eat, and we gave her a lot of nonsensical answers. We did not know what we wanted. Then she recommended Lancaster’s Southern Market—with its bar at the center, and vendors selling all different types of food at its perimeter. Perfect entry into this lively historic city. Thank you, Kate. We were out and about the whole weekend, and appreciated the free parking at the adjacent garage. Lancaster has it going on!
