Candlewood Suites Lancaster West.
Come experience the Amish Country or go shopping at some of the best designer outlets. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi to all its guests, along with free parking. The property consists of a heated indoor pool and a general fitness center. We were built in 2017 and offer 85 rooms, each equipped with a full kitchen. This newly constructed hotel has four floors is located close to many destinations. We offer ADA accessible rooms and large suites. The hotel houses a cupboard where complimentary coffee is offered and guests may purchase snacks. Whether it’s a business trip, weekend getaway, or a reunion, we are here for your every need. We are 100% smoke free.
The hotel is located right off of Route 30 and very close to many attractions. We are situated outside of Lancaster City. Guests will find many farmers markets and country charm throughout their stay in the area. Lancaster County has many different types of fairs, shows, and events going on all year long, please feel free to ask our front desk staff for local and current suggestions. We are also close to many large businesses. Some of the major businesses include Armstrong and Lift, located less than two miles away. Lancaster General Hospital is about fifteen minutes from us.

- JDJessica Degnan3 days ago1.0The room was adequate and the bed comfortable, however, the reason we chose the hotel was for the pool. My husband is in Lancaster, for several days on business, and I have come along to be with him. And was intending to spend the day's relaxing pool side. When I asked where the pool was, I was told it had been out of commission since September 2025, and it was not going to be brought back online. I wish we had known this prior to making the reservation as we would have chosen another hotel in our planning process. We saw the pool icon and trusted it would be there. We had arrived to the hotel ate in the evening, so it was too late to change course at that point. I think they should remove the pool icon from their website if they don't have a pool in service, it's misleading and false advertising.

- MDMonica DattaMay 31, 20261.0The location is great in terms of being close to retail and not thar far from Spooky Nook sportscomplex. Our first toilet was flooded and dripping in bathroom and so we got moved to another room and it smelled like onions. We tried to air the room out but it did not so they sprayed air freshener which was pretty strong. The shower had no cuetain so that also had to be put in. The carpet had white stains on it. Just did not feel hygienic or clean staying there
