- RTRobert TursoApr 29, 20265.0Stayed at hotel in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Requested early arrival and a room was not ready when we arrived, but one was ready shortly after we arrived. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. One person did stand out, Tanedia. She handled the breakfast service. She was constantly cleaning up after guests and insuring the food trays were full. She was very personable and helpful. The entire stay was excellent.

Only offers Tesla chargers, which couldn’t find anywhere displayed when booking. No complimentary adapters for non-Teslas. We ended up parking a mile and a half down the road to charge. Now for the positives. It’s clean, convenient, and affordable. Stay for the price. Didn’t try much of the other amenities to give an opinion. They have an indoor pool.

The front counter person was not there but followed the sign to ring the bell and he was there in about a minute. He explained all the amenities and services provided. He seemed to truly care about our stay. In the morning at 6am my wife always needs a cup of coffee so I went downstairs and Robin met me and walked me through how to operate the coffee machine since I don't drink coffee and it is one of those that start with the bean. Had a delightful discussion with her during the coffee making process. She made my day by making me laugh and just being a nice person. Later on we came down for breakfast and it was starting to get busy and Robin and Miss T were working their butts off to ensure the food was stocked, tables bussed and people taken care of. They are very wonderful people and they treated everyone very well. We will be going back thanks to the customer service and the cleanliness of the facility. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The pool was pristine, with refreshing saltwater and a depth of approximately 6 feet. The breakfast was simply delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was immaculately clean, leaving me feeling as though I could lick the floor. In my opinion, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
