It was within 10 minutes of sight and sound never heard of this hotel chain, but it was wonderful. The staff was friendly helpful. The rooms were absolutely clean. The whole hotel was clean. The pool was beautiful. They had boot cleaners at the door. They had outdoor seating for smokers would definitely come here again.

Stopped in to check if there was any chance to check in early and front desk said not at this time came back and waited in the lobby and manager comes out at 15 minutes before check in and says they will make an exception. Also 1 ice machine on first floor not working, door on shower did not close, limited tv stations, short on towels, wash clothes, no microwave in room, treadmill broken and they do not have the option to take cash to pay for room or snacks. I never heard of that at any hotel I ever stayed at. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- VJVictoria JAug 16, 20261.0we payed for a reservation in full HOURS before showing up to check in. we were traveling so we showed up a bit late however we had already payed for the room. when we arrived the girl took over 2 hours “checking us in” i asked several times if there was a problem or if our room had been given away she assured us everything was okay. after an hour and a half of waiting we ultimately ended up having no room they were unwilling to compensate us after having given our room away. very poor customer service

The employee I interacted with was not only rude but also shouted at me during our conversation. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a hospitality environment where professionalism and courtesy are paramount. Such treatment undermines the reputation of the hotel and leaves loyal members feeling unvalued. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure better service for future guests. My son was complaining about the fire alarm blinking like a flashlight. We got 2-4 hours of sleep because of that, and as I said the room smelled terrible. Don’t stay here if you expect to get sleep. The service was okay otherwise. Not to mention, my pillow was stained with brown stuff. Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.
