There's a lot to do around here. There might even be a lot to do there, but unfortunately for us, we didn't get a chance.
Don't let the pictures fool you. This is the absolute tiniest thing I've ever seen. My husband and I got Deanna's Oasis. It's supposed to have a pool in the room. Hey, it's definitely the body of water, but it's about three feet wide. And four feet deep. The entire ruin that we were given was probably the size of the living room and bathroom of a first floor apartment . The TV is outdated, you can't rent movies like they say you can. We were locked out of our hotel forty five minutes before checkout, and when I was explain you that to them. It was only 1030 and they needed to let me back in. She was very short and rude. An old man smacked because a car into my husband's Dodge Challenger we just bought and they did nothing about it when the guy took off
Honestly, i could win a free trip here and probably still wouldn't take it. My husband and I have been trying out these different resorts. Lately, and this one was supposed to be the best of them all. But hands down, we'd rather go somewhere else. We've been doing another place that was well worth the money and cost less in this room. And I got the room on a group on to try and offset the cost. But to know, avail, because it was way too much money for what they offered. And way too cramped, don't bring a lot of stuff because there's nowhere to put it

I feel sad for this place because it has so much potential. Where else can the working/middle class get a hotel room that has a champagne glass whirlpool and an indoor pool and a sauna and a massage table all in their own suite? If they would market it as a step back in time with amenities of summer camp, people would come there with realistic expectations. And if they would just take some pride in the facilities with maintaining the landscaping, cleaning up trash, refurbishing the sports' facilities, not letting the room pools have chipped paint and missing tiles, replacing the carpet with waterproof flooring to get rid of the mold smell, etc. it would be a really fun campy/kitschy place to visit. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. The food was on the same standard as what you get for free at any Hilton property. If this place could get one of the HGTV resort renovation shows to come through and clean it up, it would be an amazing place to visit!

The rooms and the food was awesome. The grounds, activities and front desk were not very good. When you arrive it's looks very run down and uncared for, not a romantic setting outside but room was nice!

What an incredible experience! My husband and I booked a room on Tuesday to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. When we arrived, Suhey checked us in at the front desk. She provided the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel/resort. She was kind, personable, informative, upbeat, and just all around wonderful. I would also like to note that the server at the main dining room and the man who works in the boating/fishing area also provided exceptional customer service. There are so many things to do on the property, you will never be bored! We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, basketball, horseshoe, indoor AND outdoor mini golf, pools everywhere, pool table, bowling, etc. There’s even more activities than I listed and we will come back to enjoy those. We had a SAUNA, yes, a personal SAUNA in our suite, as well as a heated pool, a champagne glass hot tub… I could go on and on. Book your stay!

I was going to write this review anyway I love Paradise stream and the employees here almost all of them my number one is Donna a customer service she always makes me feel like I'm at home I love the waitresses they know that I have problems can't eat very much and they always ask if I can take my back what they don't usually do but because of my health they let me everybody here is mostly sweethearts I love Charmaine and her sister they have constantly helped us here Liz has also helped a lot in customer service we loved Jess but she's in the service and now being a translator in Portland we hope to see her again I will tell you the only thing I do not like and it has nothing to do with these people is when somebody lies about somebody I did have that happen to me this time and I don't appreciate that by one of their little employees I also don't agree with people who did not get their way because there are rules here they turn around and they put a bad review for somebody on here and that is totally false and if that head person does not see that then that is his problem these people is what makes this place home
