  Bobbie is outstanding! After a long night with a flat tire, I was so glad she helped me with my room. She is kind, efficient, and all around wonderful. Thank you!

  Was told I couldn't get 2 queen size beds, but could get a king with a couch. No couch and water damage on the ceiling over the bed. There was a smell I couldn't put my finger on. Will not stay here again. They gave us one towel each, most hotels give two(body towels).

  I would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on my recent experience. I had arranged a long-term rate for my stay. Unfortunately, I suffered a serious knee injury that requires surgery, so I had to fly home unexpectedly to take care of my medical situation. Before I left, I informed the front desk that my MRI results had come back with bad news, that I needed to return home for treatment, and that I expected to return in late September. Today, I received an email stating that my agreed-upon rate could no longer be honored. Even more concerning, my credit card was charged an additional amount without anyone contacting me first. At no point did anyone call or email to discuss the situation or obtain my authorization before processing the charge. I had every intention of returning to this property because, until this incident, I felt it offered everything I was looking for in a hotel. Unfortunately, the way this was handled has completely changed my opinion. I expect the unauthorized charge to be refunded immediately. Charging a customer's credit card without prior communication or authorization is unacceptable and raises serious concerns. I respectfully request that this matter be resolved without delay.

  I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I especially wanted to recognize three employees who made a lasting impression. When I arrived to check in, there was a line of several guests waiting at the front desk after what had clearly been a long day for many travelers. Dylan was handling the front desk with professionalism, patience, and composure despite the pressure. It wasn’t until later, when PJ stepped in to assist, that I learned Dylan had only been training for about two weeks. What impressed me most was that Dylan never once led with, “I’m new,” or used his training as an excuse. He remained calm, confident, and focused on helping every guest. For someone so new to the role, that level of professionalism and poise is incredibly impressive and speaks volumes about his potential. When my reservation needed additional assistance, PJ immediately stepped in to support Dylan. He quickly worked through the issue, contacted a manager when needed, kept me informed throughout the process, and was genuinely apologetic and kind. More importantly, he supported Dylan while ensuring every guest felt heard and taken care of. Watching the teamwork between the two of them was genuinely impressive. I also want to recognize Veronica, who greeted me with a warm smile and “good morning” each day and helped me check out. She immediately made eye contact, was welcoming, and made what could have been an ordinary interaction feel genuinely personal. Those small moments make a lasting impression on guests. All three of these employees truly stood out. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for guests left a lasting impression, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
