I just wanted to say how pleasant our expericence was. We only made a short stop in the room 6 or so hours because of our travel schedule but the hotel was so clean the room was clean but more importanly the service was excellent. We checked in super late after midnight 10/10/26 and the night clerk ( I think her name might have been Brookie? I'm sorry if its wrong I was trying to remember her name from her necklace) she was wonderful. She anticipated our needs before they happened making our check in and stay so smooth. Thank you!

This is undoubtedly the best Holiday Inn I have been to in a long time! The king room with jacuzzi is well worth the money. Everything was spotless even bathroom, shower, and tub. I have not felt so relaxed in such a long time! I could tell the tub jets had been cleaned and maintained as well because no soap scum came out of them (I have had issues at other hotels with this.) The management here is excellent and you can tell does a great job! Hotel is also directly off I-476 exit which makes for a super easy off/on. Hotel is also newly renovated. This hotel gets a 5 star rating in my book, keep up the great work!! I will definitely stay again if I am ever in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about PJ at the front desk! My friend was staying at a hotel for the very first time and was pretty nervous about the whole experience. We both had a lot of questions, and PJ was incredibly patient and helpful with every single one. He took the time to explain things, answer all of our questions, and even gave him suggestions for places to check out and things to do in the local area. It really felt like PJ genuinely wanted us to have a great experience, not just at the hotel but during his entire stay. That kind of personal attention and kindness really stands out. Thanks to PJ, our first hotel experience was so much less intimidating and a lot more enjoyable. Thank you, PJ, for going above and beyond!
