  The only thing that bothered me was the noisy from a bunch of basketball players. They acted like little kids, running in the hallway,slamming doors, loud talking. I couldn't even rest. It reminded me when living in my apts bldg.

  Good breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls. Rooms are maybe a little tight. Towels are decent. Beds are comfortable. Lots of parking. Front desk staff was friendly. Water pressure a little lacking.

  Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Room largely ok but bathroom has issues with the bathtub faucet and the ceiling has some stuff on it that probly shouldn't be there?

  One let me say this was a great stay away from home. The staff was amazing from the check in to the breakfast in the morning. The rooms are a little outdated, but Room was clean, set up perfectly ALOT of spaces. Okay now let talk about the best part, check in was easy, me and family was visiting the area, and the staff gave me all the good spots plus had a food list made things allot easier when it came to getting food. Breakfast was Great, THE STAFF WAS AMAZING FROM keeping the area clean, and the food was non-stop, the cereal was old, but I see why when the Hot food was hot and ready, and the options were great also. We had a family of 7 with all different types of eating styles, and it was something for everyone, even my picky eater. The process was easy, from booking, check in, and check out, and this location was super busy, but the services did not lack anything A+ from US, and we can't wait to come back. Some of the Guest was very rude getting breakfast and the staff continue to work with smile. Good Service is hard to work by and this hotel gave great Service and when you go to their property. Treat them with loave and kindness because that's what they give you.

  Check-in went smoothly and quickly and basically right across the way from King of Prussia Mall. Which was nice as we stayed for a lacrosse tournament about 15 minutes away and this was a nice break. However, we had a number of issues at the hotel which we did bring to the attention of the manager, Miss Monica. The elevators are barely functional and believe it could be an OSHA and ADA concern. There are two but are the slowest elevators for just 7 floors. And even though we were up on the sixth floor we were facing out closer to the busy side of the roads so you can hear the traffic but the hotel was fully booked so we were not able to be moved. In addition, our air conditioning unit was greatly noisy and had a very high pitch screech and thumping hum. Monica requested the maintenance person come up to check on the noise of the air-conditioning unit apologized for our inconvenience and provided points and a deduction of some items purchased at the convenience area ($4/bottle water!!). The maintenance person understood what I was saying but used a Google translator on phone to say that if it comes back he would replace the motor. Or call if it happens again. Well, it did. it started again very early 2am also and I could not call anyone at that time. Just exhausted. The room is dated and could use a refresh. Curtains looked like a cat had used it as a scratching post it was pretty shredded along the bottom. The bathroom shows signs of great water and moisture problems, likely mold also. The exhaust fan is broken. Makes loud noise and is not taking up the steam; therefore, water collects along the ceiling by the exhaust and the mirror. I have photos here but videos don’t load but can share those videos also. Between the bathroom and the air condition issues we feel that your management and corporate should be apprised of the service issues and have these corrected immediately. As an IHG member, I would not want to return to this particular property.
