- RTRick Tom2 days ago3.0The staff were very nice. The food was good. The carpets on the 3rd floor hall were dirty and need replacement. Halls were not lit well. The room was remodeled but the sofa bed was beat, I didn't open it. The bed was comfortable.

One of the reasons I left IHG for Mariott for all of my business travel was because of properties like this. I am kicking myself for taking a chance w this "hotel". The friendly staff do not make up for a terrible experience.

- JDJay DroseOct 3, 20264.0Stayed 2x nights for business. The front desk/check-in service was really excellent. I wished I remembered his name but really kind, quick, and helped me print some items. Loved his demeanor and welcome. Gym is tiny but effective. Went to bar for a drink and bartender was quick. The lobby is nice and spacious where you can chill out and get some work done, relax. The rooms are OK. The carpets really need to be re-done. Bed was comfy and my room (a suite), was spacious enough. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed here probably 40 to 50 times in the last three years. The staff is amazing from the Resturant to the housekeepers. Whatever you need. they’re there to help as far as the front desk. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning afternoon evening or grave shift, they are amazing, friendly accommodating when I walk in this hotel as soon as they see me, they call me by my name. They make sure everything OK with my stay throughout the time that I am here the rooms have a very big desk to work with a spacious bathroom Comfortable beds and plenty of dresser space to put your stuff in for a longer stay I would recommend this hotel to everybody and plenty of free parking. A BIG THANKS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF FOR MAKING ME FEEL AT HOME !!!!
