- DZDogdurbek ZhumabaevMay 13, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience at Crowne Plaza Philadelphia - King of Prussia. The hotel charged me a $100 security deposit, and even after more than 30 days after check-out, I still have not received my money back. Communication has been extremely frustrating, and getting a clear answer from the hotel has been almost impossible. A security deposit is supposed to be temporary, not something guests have to chase for over a month. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend future guests to be careful when using a debit card here. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time dealing with both the hotel and my bank. I hope management finally resolves this issue
- RRRKMay 8, 20264.0I arrived here without a reservation after Hyatt House around the corner, where I had actually reserved a quiet room, gave me an insanely loud room off the lobby. The friendly night shift desk clerk assured me that he had a quiet room for me on the 5th floor. The room was clean and comfortable and mostly quiet, except for inconsiderate guests talking loudly in the hallway and slamming their doors. However, because my room was almost at the end of the hallway I didn't hear very much of that. Although the lobby was a true mob scene due to guests attending a dance competition, you couldn't hear any noise from the lobby in my room. The breakfast only cost $10 and the quality was very good: big selection and more than enough tables for everyone. I would stay at this hotel again.

Laid down the fundamentals of the property as well as the amenities that are available to people like you and me. It’s located right by the mall, it’s very elegant and the beds are very comfortable, clean and spotless. So far no complaints.
