  Amazing stay,hotel is close to all Hershey Park and Hershey attractions and the Harrisburg area. Great staff and hotel. Highly recommend.

  Fixtures in bathroomwere falling off wall. Shower fixture was also loose. Shower curtain was to small for the rod. I will say the breakfast was wonderful.

  What a horrible experience! Maid service horrible. Management is horrible. Nikki is helpful and one gentleman I don't know his name. He was great. Pulled into this hotel on our way to stay somewhere further but due to torrential rain we had to stop. Paid $159 immediately go up to our room and to the bathroom and I see feces on the toilet paper roll, thank goodness I noticed it before I used it! Talk about disgusting! So I pick up the toilet paper roll off of the stand with a tissue from the sink and on the bottom of it there was much more feces. I went down to the desk to tell them about this, and they said oh I'll tell the mgr and that I should call Erica or she would call me....she never did by the way! Then noticed the toilet seat was almost falling off, the light in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling and the spout for the tub was very loose. I would expect better for this type of hotel. So upon check out the next am, I had the conversation with the nice gentleman, he was very helpful, then he intoduced me to Nikki that just came in, she said to call Erica or she would call me...Never happened, some other woman whose name was unclear called hours later and asked what happened and then cut me off and said "our maid service is trained very well" umm really? Doubt that. She wouldn't let me finish telling her about feces etc and said well I'll take care of you I'll email you. She never did, I had to call back the next day. All she did was discount $25, even her own people said wow I would have thought shed do more than that. I mean seriously $25? For Feces on toilet paper (biohazard) that I could have used and would have used if I hadn't put the light on. I will also be reaching out to the BBB and other outlets. Clearly they don't value customers, their safety or well being. We aren't talking about dust on a lampshade! Skip this place it's not worth it, go across the street to Fairfield Inn! I had asked for the "manager" to call me back again after seeing only $25 credit. No call! What a surprise.

  Was lucky enough to find this hotel last minute while we were in town for a ceremony at Ft. Indiantown National Gap Cemetery. Our room was clean and spacious. The front desk (Heather) was extremely friendly and helpful getting us settled and really represented the hotel well. We were also very impressed with the breakfast both mornings while we were there. The area where the food is served and also where you eat were kept very clean by the attendant (wish we got his name). He was also incredibly friendly and checked on us in between cleaning and keeping breakfast hot and ready for guests. We would definitely stay here again. Good people and clean rooms made for a great stay.
