My husband and I stayed while our daughter was in the NICU there was a miscommunication about the dates we would be staying and hotel staff checked us in a day early without our permission and charge us for a night we did not even stay. When I spoke with the manger at check out she was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Apparently the holiday inn is so broke and hard up for money that they need to take either from NICU parents or a charity that helps them. So glad the money I was charged went to help out with renovations.

No available exercise room, no microwave in any of the rooms (except for the one in the lobby you had to share with everyone), shower temp never got above warm no matter what time and the service gave you the feeling that you were just an inconvenience. Parking garage gave several vehicles flat tires due to all the scrape that was being stored from the “renovations.” The one and only positive thing I can say is the beds were very comfortable. I did not enjoy the 3.5 weeks staying there.

She is truly one of the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. People like Sherry are what make a place special. Honestly, I don’t think this Holiday Inn would be the same without her. She made my stay that much better, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Sherry deserves all the recognition for the amazing service she provides!
