  Excellent hotel! Room was spacious and very clean. Our room had a cute balcony too. Loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit! Great part the pool stayed open till 11 pm!! The Front desk staff was professional and very friendly. We only had one glitch, which was not the hotel's fault, the room next to ours had people smoking on the balcony. This made it impossible for us to sit on our balcony in the evening! Especially we enjoyed it earlier that day. The smoke smell came into our room when we opened the door. They were smoking again in the morning! I did inform the front desk on my way to breakfast! Breakfast is also included!! I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, you could walk to all the stores!

  The staff couldn't be more knowledgeable, accommodating and just plain nice. The rooms are always clean, towels and pillows soft and fluffy, plenty of soap products and coffee machine with supplies. There are plenty of choices for breakfast and it's served until 10 am so you don't have to wake at the crack of dawn. It's close to all things Amish, theatres, and so many tourists stops. Truly one of the nicest places I've stayed .

  We have stayed at the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn and Suites on three occasions. We have been extremely happy with our rooms and the service we have received. Our rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Most of all our rooms were quiet. The front desk staff were amazing. On our latest visit, we experienced an automotive problem after we checked out. Jessica at the desk invited us to remain in the lobby while we waited for help. She brought us beverages and even offered to get us some snacks. At a previous visit, I left my Ipad mini.

  Hard to find words of appreciation and acknowledgement for how wonderful this hotel and their staff are I've stayed in many including Best Western and few complaints is even any However! This is a real "hotel" nothing"motel" here Professional, accommodating, clean as could be and my room even had a patio!!! This is the only place I plan on staying on future trips The location I live also because of all Intercourse had to offer but what a beautiful rider through ask farmland to go to Strasburg, Paradise area! Perfect!!! Perhaps the owners' morals and character were instantly explained when I unexpectedly found The Bible in the nightstand, something I haven't seen in too many years. Yes, I read it 😉 😀 ❤️ Thank you Best Western Inn+ Suites in Intercourse, Pa.

  The girls at the desk are and always have been an absolute delight! The hotel itself is a very nice hotel. My issue I with the man Ronan who is the owner. My husband and I stay here very often and enjoy our time when we do. However, this afternoon I was treated very poorly by Ronan. I called this morning requesting a late check out and the lady who answered was very nice and said, "we usually put you in for a late check out when you stay because we already know you're going to want it". Very sweet. I usually pay for the 1:00 check out. At 12:15 Ronan knocked on the door and said looking at his watch, "Um we were kind enough to allow you a check out time for noon and it's now 15 minutes past." I said "Yes, I requested a late check out, Don't you allow for a 1:00 check out?" He said very curtly, "it's available upon request." I said well that what I requested." He looked at his watch again and said " we gave you until noon and your still here 15 minutes past". I said, you do realize that we've stayed here 8-10 times in the past 3 months right?" He said regardless, it's after noon and you need to leave. Now, I'm not saying his information isn't correct, there was a miscommunication to say the least. My complaint is that he was very rude, very unprofessional and displayed the most atrocious lack of customer service I have ever experienced. I worked in the hospitality industry for years and I have never experienced a display so utterly offensive. I would never suggest not staying at the Best Western, I strongly suggest that the Best Western do something about the attitude of that gentleman, he surely needs it adjusted. He left me feeling humiliated, unappreciated, and absolutely reconsidering whether or not I ever use Best Western again.
