  This was an absolutely wonderful hotel and stay in the Lancaster area ! Hotel was so close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Rooms and linens were so clean and our bed was made each day! We loved the farm fresh breakfast and the coffee was incredible! A wonderful joy was the Amish woman who greeted us in the restaurant in the morning, she was an absolute delight! Been visiting Lancaster County for over 30 years and this was our first time staying here. We will be back again. So close to Kitchen Kettle Village and Immergut Pretzels, right across walking distance, were the absolute best pretzels ever!

  The customer service desk employees were spectacular. They are genuine people who truly care about making your trip a happy one They go above and beyond. The complimentary coffee is extremely important to my family because so many of the coffee shops in Lancaster close early. The breakfast is fine. Truly wish somehow there was a way to convert that indoor pool to an outdoor pool however, we did enjoy the indoor pool as well. The rooms were nicely air-conditioned. service employees that clean the rooms did a great job And we just had a wonderful time !

  This is a premier 5 star property. There are absolutely no problems or issues. Clean and safe. Plenty of room. Rooms are immaculately clean with English speaking maids that do outstanding work. Everything works and is clean and taken care of. The breakfast, however, is the best. Fanni, an Amish lady, goes above and beyond a impeccable job. She looks and makes sure everything is clean and full. Talbles are wiped off. Handles on the breakfast bar are wiped off. All hot food. She is outstanding and makes the place perfect! Her Picture needs to be posted. She needs to be recognized for her work and attention to everything! Very excellent! 7 stars for her.

  My wife and I walked into the lobby to see if there were any rooms available and we were greeted by Ania (sorry if misspelled). She was wonderful. She helped us with checking in and answered all our questions. If your employees are like her you have the best. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. The whole hotel smelled so good. It was just a great feeling the whole time we were there. I even saw people hanging out in the lobby watching tv like they were home. So comfortable. We didn’t swim but we did check out the pool area. A little disappointed that we didn’t bring our swim suits.

  The best Western plus is my favorite hotel in the Lancaster/Intercourse area. This was my second stay in two years, traveling from North Carolina. I was celebrating my birthday. Terrific value for the money. Awesome breakfast, pool, hot tub, and workout room. Just book it! You’ll be pleased. The staff are friendly and accommodating. For example, I asked if it would be OK to leave my car in the parking lot for a few hours after check out so I could keep exploring the area and then to use the lobby restroom before I got on the road. In addition to saying yes to these requests, the front desk team welcomed me to grab a final coffee if needed and even asked if I had an umbrella for my walk around town. The staff also helped me locate some local bakeries. Little touches like these made my stay positive and memorable. I returned for a second visit because I remembered how great my first visit was two years ago. Sadly, many hotels today are eliminating in person front desk staff, removing hot tub tubs, have nightly rates that are too high for the average family, and don’t include breakfast. The Best Western Plus is a standout hotel and a model for others around the country. I wish this hotel was available in every town I visit.
