I had added him to my reservation online and also called the property and when we got there, the manager had issues when checking in because I wasn’t there. My son‘s name was removed from the reservation.I asked the manager to adjust my reservation so I could have my son check in before me I add him prior but he was incredibly rude, refused to help, and completely messed up my booking instead. This ruined my plans, and I will never stay here again and I have stayed here multiple times and I’ve never had this issue. I felt like this manager Was a power trip definitely not a good look I hope he don’t treat his employees same way very hostile

For the first time ever, they actually let housekeeping know about late checkouts and they didn't knock on the door early to see if we were leaving. My only complaint is about the pool. Nothing about the pool itself, but the location. It's right off the breakfast serving area which is right by the front desk, and it has a wall of windows. I don't really want everyone that enters or exits the hotel to see me swimming, but that's just my opinion. All on all, I'd stay there again if I was in the area again.
