everything was super here! the rooms were brand new and the mattress and pillows were SUPER comfortable! my only issues was wifi it was non existent. I did bring it to the attention of the front desk, but nothing came of it! considering what I paid to stay it was still worth it!

While the stay had a few highlights, significant oversights and active renovation disruptions outweighed the positives. Staff Issues: Housekeeping walked into our room without knocking while a guest was undressed—despite Privacy mode being enabled. Room service never came the following day. The breakfast attendant was hawkish and rude about guests taking multiple plates or fruit up to family members, while ignoring issues like stuck-together cups and ancient crusty yellow napkins at the coffee station. Desk staff, however, were polite. Renovation & Safety: Construction work continued past 9:00 PM. Stairwells were actively cluttered with construction equipment and scattered parts. Hallway decor consisted of dangling wires and a ludicrous number of light fixtures. On the "finished" 4th floor, electronics clung desperately by their Ethernet port from the ceiling. The elevators felt unsafe, featuring broken floor displays, unlit buttons, and doors that routinely stuck open requiring percussive maintenance. Room & Amenities: Only one side of the bed had a nightstand and lamp. While my side had a wall outlet, charging devices on the floor with no table or light was frustrating. The AC unit was filled with drywall debris and filthy filters, and the showerhead leaked heavily from the seams until I manually snapped it together. Food & Beverage: The 9:00 AM cutoff felt early. Scrambled eggs were mushy and sausage was spongy, but the cheese omelets, flavored waffles (banana/cinnamon roll), and coffee bar were solid.

Still in the midst of the renovations from Comfort to Best Western. Construction stuff all around. Most important though, the mesh WiFi is not complete, and not configured correctly. If you intend to work remote from there, you may have issues. As it was, many social feeds took forever to load pictures, if at all. My stay was AUG08 - 11. With renovations in progress on a few floors, they have held back on staff, and for me, that only impacted lack of fresh towels. Still, a great location. The ducks are thriving! The shopping center neighbor covers any need, except clothing. We will surely return when renovations are complete, unless the Best Western upgrades take it out of our price range.

We are on a road trip and needed a place to stay for a family of 5. This hotel had suites available - great! When we arrived, we found out they were undergoing a renovation. No problem. We were on the 3rd floor - ceiling tiles missing, exposed wires, beat up door, gross carpet. Again, renovations happening, ok. However, we accidentally went up instead of down in the elevator - the top floors were like a different hotel! Beautiful, pristine, modern. Honestly, it was like 2 different hotels. They should not have made available the unrenovated or mid-renovation rooms. It's wild that we paid full price for a second tier experience. I asked the lady at the front desk and she just said - yep sorry. :(
