  Close to Hersheypark and the Giant Center. Hotel is under going renovation, hopefully done soon. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast items were good. Friendly staff.

  This hotel is undergoing major renovations. The rooms are small and very outdated. There are unopened furnature boxes piled to the ceiling in the breakfast room. The staff is excellent, trying to do their best under stressful conditions. Carol the breakfast supervisor is delightful and breakfast is very good! The hotel was not clean to the point you would want it to be. Location is great and convenient to all Hershey attractions. Cost is quite reasonable but we decided we won't be returning due to the overall shabbiness.

  Nothing but positives for our yearly stay at this hotel. The staff, facilities, and breakfast are top notch. A special shout out to the General Manager for always going above and beyond for our group!

  Because it is under construction, it was a mess. The unforgivable items are that the bathroom floor was not clean and either was the sink. The heat was difficult to control going from too hot or not hot enough. There were plenty of towels. The people couldn't have been nicer. Carol, the breakfast coordinator, did a beautiful job. Everything there was delicious and constantly cleaned. All things considered, it was a great location and when the renovation is finished, it may not be as affordable. We had a nice time and made the best of it.

  I just want to follow up with some of the reviews. I know the hotel has been renovating for the last few months based on other reviews but I don’t find the state of the hotel acceptable. Open ceilings, unopened boxes stacked everywhere. It was disappointing to say the least. I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly and kind. Other than that, the pool was green with algae on the sides. The elevator was dirty. Paint peeling off the walls. Wires exposed on the ceilings. Very chaotic. Also the beds are awful, hard but bouncy. Oh, and we found a random shoe under our bed when we were leaving that didn’t belong to us. It IS convenient in closeness to Hershey and other restaurants but I feel the renovations could be handled much better.
