I’m from the area, took a week off from work after 3 months on the road. Was looking for peace and quiet and got it here. Staff was attentive, nice and helpful. Lots of food options within a 10min drive or delivery. Has a laundry room. Most of the washers were broken and the others needed to be cleaned. The dryers made a lot of noise but got the job done. Room was clean, quiet and had a quant view of the lake in the back. Seems like a lot of short term/long term residents are here. I have a big truck and the lot was large enough for my tractor. Snacks at the front desk were reasonably priced. Gym was nice and modern. Overall 4 stars and would absolutely stay again. Only real issue with the room was the shower door was broken. Other than that, modern bathroom, air stayed on and very convenient.

I stayed here a little while and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The staff were always nice and it was a great place to stay. I'd definitely come back if I need a stay again.

The only nice thing was the friendly customer service via phone , after that it was horrible . Even before arrival the name on reservation was incorrect even after 2 calls letting then know to fix . Upon my guests arriving at their rooms both rooms wreaked smoke even after requesting non smoking and to too it off one of the rooms had dog feces on the carpet along with broken tiles in bathroom but worst if all MOLD!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!! They made zero attempt to accommodate or even disposing or refund after such filthy horrible experience. The city should do an inspection places like these should not be operating

I needed a room for one night and this was THE worst place I have ever stayed. If I wasn’t so tired when I checked in, I would have found another hotel.
There were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and right outside the main entrance smoking weed. The side door entrance was propped open so anyone could have walked in. Security was non existent.
The lobby and hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed and some kind of air freshener.
There were kids toys and trash in the second floor hallway. There was a woman sitting in a chair outside the elevator wrapped in a bed sheet.
I stayed in room 223 which was near the elevator. There were people in the hallway laughing and talking throughout the whole night. I woke up at 2:15am to someone yelling and pounding on a door or wall in the room above me. There were also dogs barking throughout the night. Apparently many of these rooms are used for low cost housing for people on government assistance.
The only thing clean in my room were the bed sheets. There were pubic hairs in the shower pan and on the bathroom floor. The bottom of my feet were dirty from just walking in my room.
The best thing about my stay was my truck didn’t get broken into or stolen.
Needless to say I will never book a room here again.

CAUTION: Executive Residency in Horsham Pennsylvania is third world dilapidated with roaches, bed bugs, gang writing and filthy conditions. We stayed in Unit 223 for two nights over Memorial Day weekend to attend a military funeral and this hotel is the dirtiest and dilapidated that I have ever stayed in the United States. Period.
First and foremost roaches. The management, directed by Mr. Gandhi places roach traps in the rooms in hidden locations. The mattress and bed had not been moved in a number of years as the dust behind the bed and the sheer quantity of old dead bedbugs and bug droppings was disgusting.
I took a look for the Bible on Sunday morning and there was none, but there is gang writing in the nightstand, see pictures. Take a look at the Front Desk chairs – that is the overall condition of the hotel.
As a “hotel guest” there is awkwardness as this building is really an apartment building for locals those in the down and or struggling. It looks like a regular hotel but many people live full time in this building as a long stay hotel including the cleaning staff and management.
The problem is the family that owns/runs this hotel has no business with a corporate name and is misleading to reasonable expectations of quality and cleanliness. This experience has tarnished the Best Western brand to a shameful scam.
I am pursuing a full refund and I will be contacting Best Western corporate customer service as well as writing the Health Department in COUNTY to follow up with my concerns.
I strongly suggest not staying at this Executive Residency under any circumstances.
