  We stayed here this past weekend while we were in town for our kids sports tournament and had a really great experience. The area was packed because of all the tournaments going on, so we felt very lucky to find such a nice place at a good rate. Everything was very clean and the hotel felt well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful even with how busy the weekend was. Our room was comfortable and quiet, which was definitely appreciated. Overall, this was a great stay during a busy weekend, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

  Immediately walking in it was clear that they only changed the sheets and did nothing else. The lamp was visibly broken, the carpet was covered in crumbs and had earrings etc left on it, there was mystery residue on the wall behind the bed, burnt food residue left on top of the stove, small red stains on the bed sheets, and smears on the bathroom door including a dried up brown blob. We left the room immediately and spoke to the person at the front desk, who seemed very understanding and directed me to get a refund through the booking provider, and said that the hotel would approve it. It was midnight and we needed to find a new place to stay, so we weren't able to do that immediately, the hotel is now refusing to honor that agreement. Avoid the stress and other people's bodily fluids and stay somewhere else.

  Stayed here for a few nights for mother’s day and was really satisfied. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the little kitchenette ended up being way more useful than I expected. Staff at the front desk were all friendly too. The hotel itself was quiet and felt safe, which I appreciated. The recent renovation efforts are also clear. Parking was easy, everything felt well kept, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. Overall just a really comfortable stay and I’d definitely come back.

  Booked this hotel for Horizon Auto Fest and it looked okay from the outside, but inside was a different story. The building is old, elevator was small and dirty, and the second floor had people hanging around with belongings outside their rooms. The room itself was unacceptable — strong odor, stains on the floor, flies in the bathroom, dirty couch, loose door hinges, and rust in the shower. We immediately requested a refund and left for the Hampton Inn. Would not recommend.

  I had a great experience. The rooms are super spacious and feel more like a small apartment than a hotel, especially with the full kitchen which is a huge plus. Everything was really clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy. I also liked that there’s free parking. Location is convenient and in an upscale area too—close to a lot of restaurants and an easy drive into Philly. Overall, really solid place to stay whether it’s for a few nights or longer. I’d definitely come back.
