We got 2 rooms and were told over the phone they'll be connecting but we got there and realized they don't have connecting rooms. Our rooms were next to each other but had to switch 1 of them since it smelled like a guy's dorm. The next room was similar but not as bad. Pool had lots of chlorine which made everything smell terrible afterwards. Breakfast was good. "Business center" was not functioning. It was fine for the kids and that's what mattered.

The remote to the television doesn't work properly, barely any towels. The pool was freezing cold, had to ask for towels to dry yourself with, and the windows were dirty. They wouldn't clean the tables off after breakfast, table tops were sticky, and cold food.
