  Was in town for the 4th to go to Hershey park and as a former employee of the Best Western brand this is THE BEST one I’ve EVER seen and been to! The 2 young ladies from check in & out was very nice didn’t have that “I hate my job” attitude that you often see. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Hershey or near by to visit

  Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for families visiting Hershey. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Hersheypark and the other main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. The complimentary breakfast was also below average, with a limited selection and quality that could definitely be improved. Despite these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price thanks to its convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. With a few improvements, it would be an even better place to stay.

  I loved this hotel and the staff. We were in town for a concert and the hotel was at capacity and the ladies at the front desk. We’re trying their best to meet all of our needs and check us in. They were short staffed and very apologetic for the long wait but they did their best to get the rooms turned over to us. This will be our hotel of choice when we come into town.

  Subject - Third Party Shame / Booking discrimination Me and my family booked this hotel in September. We have four people and needed two queen size beds. We open our door and of course among us is a king sized bed. We go downstairs and try speaking to the front desk lady and they’re overbooked, saying this is a third party issue. As we go to sit down, we hear the lady talking about how this is an us problem to the people behind us. We then have to book a hotel for 300 dollars more, 30 minutes away, after dropping 900 dollars and having to leave without refund. Also, no provided assistance even though they have a sister hotel close by. Do not go here

  Room was fine, but Red Roof was not secured overnight. There weren't any problems, but the door was wide open in the morning. Check in was at the Best Western. Apparently they're affiliated. Not what I expected.
