- RGRyan Gidaro5 days ago1.0The stay was okay. We didn't get much sleep. We worked around the clock, but the rooms were clean and great. I never received my receipt to my email after checkout. I called the customer service to get a receipt. I used prior reservations. Whether that's right or wrong, I don't know every time I try to press a number to go to the right place, It would just disconnect on me. I ended up it up going to prior reservations to see if they can look me up and get me My receipt to my email. I had the same lady answer twice. Her name is vivian. She instantly hung up when I started talking about the help I needed. No transfer anything just to hang up. I called back the second time and got vivian again. I started off by saying vivian, please do not hang up on me, There's no options for what i'm looking for, if you could just help me out getting to the right place and vivian just hangs up again, without saying a word. My review is about vivian being lazy and not doing her job correctly. Especially in a customer service role. This was absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I finally got a hold of some other customer service guy that went above and beyond to get me my receipt for the week. I forget his name, I wish I knew it, But he was great. If the hotel wants to reply to this, start off with the reply that you had to talk with vivian. No apologies needed deal with her.
