    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Based on my stay, this property falls far short of the standards I expect from a Hotel Indigo. **1. Check-in:** The front desk agent was immediately rude and confrontational. When I mentioned that I had prepaid for breakfast, she abruptly responded, "No one gets complimentary breakfast," without taking the time to verify my reservation. After I explained that I had *prepaid* for breakfast—not requested it for free—the mistake was corrected. It was an unnecessary interaction that reflected a lack of professionalism and hospitality. **2. Housekeeping:** Our room was not properly prepared upon arrival. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were all empty, forcing us to wait nearly an hour just to receive basic toiletries so we could shower. Despite the room being booked for three guests, it contained only one bath towel and two washcloths. When I politely expressed that the delay was unacceptable, the staff became defensive, name called me and even threatened to call the police instead of addressing the issue. That response was astonishing and completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, after housekeeping serviced the room the following day, they still failed to replenish the towels and washcloths. **3. Elevators:** Only one elevator was operational in a hotel of more than five floors, resulting in long waits and unnecessary inconvenience. **4. Breakfast:** The prepaid breakfast was disappointing, with very limited choices and low-quality food, including powdered eggs. Overall, this hotel does NOT live up to the Hotel Indigo brand. The property appears poorly managed, the staff seem inadequately trained in customer service, and basic hospitality standards were consistently missed throughout my stay. There are far better options available. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere until significant improvements are made.

    Not up to Hotel Indigo standards We stayed at Hotel Indigo Harrisburg Hershey during a power outage, and I want to be fair: the hotel gave us air conditioning and shelter when we needed it. For that, I was grateful. But the property itself was not up to the standard I expect from Hotel Indigo. I walked my dog through the lobby and hallways many times during our stay, so I saw the public areas repeatedly. There were multiple trash bags left in the hallway outside guest rooms, loose debris on the floor, and coffee grounds spilled on the hallway carpet that remained there for more than 24 hours. In a pet-friendly hotel, hallway cleanliness matters. Guests should not have to steer their dog around trash, debris, and old spills that housekeeping or management should have handled. I was also surprised by the $250 deposit charged to guests who live within 30 miles of the property. I understand hotels may have policies to prevent parties or damage, but it felt excessive, especially given the condition of the hallways and public areas during our stay. The overall upkeep felt tired and poorly managed. This did not feel like a boutique Hotel Indigo property. It felt like a hotel doing the bare minimum while the public areas were not being monitored carefully. The hotel worked as emergency shelter, but I would not choose to stay here again unless I had no better option. For a Hotel Indigo, I expected much better. The only exception to the mediocrity was Archie.

    Yesterday our group had a function at your property. It was so lovely and the lobby and conference space were clean, modern and the team members were so kind. I have to give a special acknowledgement to Cerita for everything she did yesterday for us. She went above and beyond, wearing multiple hats and kept the day running seamlessly. She was so nice to work with and would absolutely recommend the location based on my interactions with Cerita, and the rest of your staff. Thank you all for a wonderful day!!

    Disappointed by the room and breakfast. The room itself had peeling wallpaper, trash under nightstand from previous occupant, and showerhead was about to fall off wall. No warm water the first night. Several room lights non-functional. The hotel breakfast was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had — packets of creamer just like in the rooms, and just eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes. No fruits or other food. The only redeemable quality of our stay was the people — everyone was kind and attentive.
