We had such a wonderful experience here! We came for the weekend to take our kids to Hershey Park and couldn’t have been happier with the entire stay. From the attentive, friendly, and personable staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities. We had breakfast both mornings in the restaurant and it was delicious. The manager Cerita and Cook Shawn are a phenomenal team. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip! Thank you to everyone!

Very comfortable beds...it was extremely difficult getting out of bed this morning. I have to rave about the restaurant! I did not show up until almost 10am. From the manager-Carita, the server-Najae, and the cook-Shawn...the applewood bacon, scrabbled egg, provolone cheese on toasted buttered sourdough bread was delicious and huge! Great service and conversation. I would reccommend!

Nice convenient location off the interstate. Restaurant/bar on-site, with another full restaurant within 1 minute or 2 of walking from the front entrance. The staff was great and very accommodating.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've had when it comes to cleanliness and room maintenance. The first suite we were given had multiple issues immediately. The living room TV didn't work, and the A/C unit in the bedroom was not functioning properly. It wasn't blowing any air, was leaking water, and continued running constantly even when we tried to turn it off. The bedroom became unbearably hot. On top of that, there was what appeared to be mold/mildew, stains, dirt, and signs of poor cleaning throughout the room. Because of the heat and condition of the room, I asked to be moved to a different suite. Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better. This time, the living room A/C didn't work at all, and again there was visible mold/mildew, stains, dust, and grime throughout the room. The bathroom had numerous dark spots along the shower seams, the walls and furniture were stained and marked up, and the HVAC/vent areas were visibly dirty. I completely understand that hotel rooms experience normal wear and tear, and I don't expect everything to be perfect. But two separate rooms having nonfunctioning equipment along with significant cleanliness issues is not normal wear and tear. Moving rooms should have resolved the problem, not simply traded one set of issues for another. I've attached photos because I think they speak for themselves. The overall condition of both rooms made it very difficult to feel comfortable or confident that the rooms were being properly cleaned and maintained. For the amount guests pay to stay in a hotel, working A/C, working basic amenities, and a clean room should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience here. I would not stay at this property again unless substantial improvements are made to both housekeeping and room maintenance.
