  I would give zero stars if I could. I attempted to stay at Hotel Indigo Harrisburg–Hershey on August 15, 2026. When I entered my room, I found bugs, including a bug on the bedding, bugs around the room, and visible spider webs/debris along the ceiling. I took photographs and immediately went back downstairs. I refused to stay in those conditions and requested my money back. I was told the authorization hold would be released within a few days. More than TWO WEEKS later, my money is still being held. My bank told me the hotel had not released the authorization. The hotel told me they had. My bank then instructed me to have the hotel fax documentation authorizing release of the hold. A hotel manager told me they would send it. They did not. My bank confirmed that no fax was received. Since then, I have called repeatedly asking to speak with management. My calls have not been returned, and several interactions with the front desk have been rude, dismissive, and condescending. As a Black woman, the way I have been spoken to and repeatedly disregarded has also left me seriously concerned about whether I would have received the same treatment had I not been Black. I do not make that accusation lightly, but after more than two weeks of being ignored while trying to recover my own money, I believe it is fair to document that concern. Unsanitary room conditions are bad enough. Holding a guest’s money after she immediately refused the room, failing to follow through with the bank, and then refusing to return calls is completely unacceptable. I have photographs, bank documentation, and records of my attempts to resolve this matter. I am now escalating this directly to Hotel Indigo/IHG corporate.

  Clean room. Great customer service... however, elevator out of order, ice maker out of order, pool closed all week and I was unable to connect to the internet all week. Kind of hard to do work in my room when I can't connect.

  My stay at the indigo was pleasant. I was check in by a very respectful young man by the name of Archie. He informed me of all the hotel accommodations and how and when they were available. Great job Archie!! Overall I would definitely recommend this the indigo.

  We stayed for one night due to flight cancelations. Archie at the front desk was super helpful in accommodating our checkout. Jalisa Lindsey was very kind and accommodating for our dietary restrictions in the morning for breakfast.

  Hotel guest were friendly. The pool area had no towels we had to ask for them. The ambiance was nice. The room the outlets by the both sides of the bed did not work, one bed was much harder then the other. The breakfast was terrible the sausages were old and the potatoes were so salty I could not even eat them.
