  We had a nice stay at the IHG Harrisburg/Hershey. The staff and managers were focused and attentive.and the hotel was clean!

  We had a fantastic stay here from start to finish! The entire property is spotless, and our room was remarkably spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff provided top-tier service throughout our visit, making everything completely effortless. The breakfast spread was hot, well-stocked, and delicious every single morning. There truly was not a single disappointing detail during our stay—hands down a 5-star experience in the Harrisburg and Hershey area!"

  My truck broke down across the street the hotel, Nick made sure I was taking care of. The staff is very polite, hotel and rooms are clean, very nice place to relax . Thanks Guys and Gal!!!

  I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn! The location was great, the hotel was beautiful, and the food was amazing. A special thank you to Nick at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had a great stay. Nick’s excellent customer service really made a difference. Thank you, Nick, for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

  Where to start? Maybe I should start with someone's been sleeping in my bed, we arrived at 130pm, check in isn't untill 3pm, however we contacted the desk and had text confirmation, when we arrived the manager argued that we were never told we could check in early and our room wasn't ready, we took out the handy dany phone and showed proof, then the tune changed to they'd have the room ready in 30min... should have known something wasn't going to be good, room was ready at 2pm and we got in the room, pulled back the sheets and low and behold, hair under the covers, and not the kind on your head.. unless you were thinking the other head.... gross.. then the toilet overflowed.. poop everywhere, after begging for something to be done about the throne.. a guy showed up with a 6ft snake, got the toilet to flush and he pulled out the snake, and dripped poop water on the floor, he said he wouldn't clean it, and house keeping wasnt there.. and simply walked out... and there it is, a shi××ty situation,! after more complaining the manager came and cleaned the bathroom, threw the poopy towels in the hall, and thats where they stayed, all day....all night... and finally around 10am they were gone.. we had to step over the towels to leave our room, can you imagine the smell? When i complained In The morning, same manager gave us points... about $1.00 dollar worth of points, .. management is out of touch and out of thier minds.. Stay away! Unless your up for some gross fun.... 😝 take your points, and flush them down the toilet... you seriously think that thats what you should have offered.. its sad that you didn't do more...like a refund or partial one... maybe you should sleep with a pile of poop towels at your doorstep.. DONT STAY HERE! You know your response is not true, the guy who snaked the toilet, refused to clean up the mess, I had to come to the desk, I spoke to three different people and it wasnt untill other guest heard me complain that your manager came to clean what the guy who snaked the toilet should have done, and then the towels were kicked out side the door, I went to the iron maiden concert, came back, and the poopy towels were still there, I got up for breakfast, came out the door, still there... dont try to minimize what you didn't do... those towels were finally taken away around 10am... I suspect when housekeeping came to work...I spoke to the manager on duty in the morning, (same guy who left the towels infront of the door) gave me points for the inconvenience, minimal points that equals around $2.00... I had to ask for that... then he insults me with the minimal amount of points and asked if we were ok... if I have to tell you that that was sad... well then thats sad in its self.... we are platinum elite members, and have never in 20 yrs been treated in all our stays like this... your guy who snaked the toilet....rude...miserable man... Keep your response truthfull...
