  Had a simple and stress-free stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was comfortable, everything worked as expected, and the property was clean throughout. The staff was pleasant without being overbearing. Exactly what you want from a hotel stay.

  Highly recommend this Holiday Inn! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location and offers a comfortable experience for both business and leisure travelers. Great service, clean rooms, and a pleasant stay overall.

  Our experience at this Holiday Inn was excellent. The property was clean and well maintained, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff provided great customer service and made us feel welcome. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service.

  The desk manager tried to get me to give him $100 cash and he wouldn’t charge the pet fee. I was fine and expected to pay the pet fee but he wanted my $100 for his pocket. He stated he would not put that we had a dog if I gave him cash. Asking for bribery for something that was not an issue made it an issue. I asked for my CC and ID back and told him we would just go elsewhere. He refused. Then he told me I could be lucky because he only had one room left. I again told him I wasn’t carrying $100. He told me to use the ATM to get it. Trying to take advantage of me because I was polite is not okay. Being forceful and manulative to a guest is not the way to keep my business. We stayed our one forced night and then went to the Residence Inn where we were treated with respect and a welcoming smile. I will never go to another Holiday Inn. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE. My family and I recently stayed at this location 3rd weekend of July. The room we were booked in was grimey and not well kept. Once we entered the room, left over cinnamon rolls were found inside the microwave. I brushed that off and threw them away myself. A check of the sheets were disgusting. Various stains located, a giant stain on the center rug of the room and the bathroom did not look clean at all. I spoke with the owner of the business who brushed it off and said that he would have the sheets changed. After 20 minutes of waiting he finally came up with one of the cleaning employees to address the matter. He requested that i leave the room, but I declined as i had my personal belongings in the room. Im glad i stayed because the cleaning employee tossed all the sheets on the dirty rug, changed the bottom sheets and then grabbed the sheets off the floor to put back on the beds! I had to stop them and state how UNSANITARY THAT WAS! if this wasnt even a rational thought to begin with, im truly terrified at what they do behind closed doors. I had to speak with IHG for 2hrs and as a platinum elite member I didn't get much help. IHG stated on several occasions that this hotel isnt theirs and it only uses the IHG branding. They also stated that the manager would call me.. HE NEVER DID! I reached out to the front desk and spoke with the owner again who said hed call me monday to resolve the matter since i put a "complaint" in. He has yet to call me and they have the audacity to charge 325$ for this poor quality stay. I should be reimbursed and IHG has to do a serious evaluation on this hotel and how its run. Ill attach pictures so other members can be aware. Ive been an IHG member since 2023 and this is the worst and review worthy hotel ive ever been too. Shame on them.
