  This has to be the absolute worst Holiday Inn I ever stayed at with my family. Bad flush system with the toilet. Had to use the plunger once. Would've been more if I didn't know how to hold in my waste. Room had a slight damp feeling to it. Breakfast very mediocre and rarely rotated. One night we were short on wash cloths and I texted the front desk asking if they could bring us a few to our room. I never got a response back and waited like an hour. My husband called the front desk and asked about it and was told that we had to come down and retrieve them ourselves from the front desk. We never had to do that at any hotel we stayed at. Most hotels do their job and bring what you need to your room, but apparently not this one. What's the point of the texting service just to be ignored? The pool area also has a hard time keeping towels on hand. Our room's outlet in between the beds didn't work either, so phone and clock in the room were down, and we had ro use other outlets to charge our phones. The only good thing I can honestly say were our pillows. Unfortunately nothing else. I am very disappointed as a longtime IHG member, and will most likely stay away from Holiday Inns for a while after this experience.

  Stayed for a concert at Hershey. Quick and easy drive from the park. Rooms were clean and service exceptional. Great breakfast! It is located near a truck stop, but is secluded enough that didn't make a difference even when we returned in the early morning hours from the concert. It was a great value to stay near enough the park without the crazy prices closer. Perfect for a quick stay.

  Pleasantly surprised by this freshly renovated Holiday Inn. Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with my daughter. Beds are incredibly comfortable and everything is new and very clean. Bigger surprise is how good the coffee tastes! Looks like their machine grinds beans for each cup. Front desk is very helpful and kind.

  For starters, while we all know vending machine food is horrible for you, they had signs for them but there were none. By the front desk they have a little shop (and I mean little!) they charge ridiculous prices for waters, snacks (which was lacking to say the least), beer etc. it cost $3 per bottle of water, there was no candy, pack of 2 Oreos pricing wasn’t even on the list but chocolate was $2! Beer was $5 a BOTTLE. The room had rust stains in the shower, the vent above the toilet didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. The refrigerator ran non stop all night long and had ice built up in it, with not adjustments. The beds in our room clearly looked like they had been remade up but not changed. Hard to sleep when you get that I’m gonna get bit feeling all night long. Sitting on the toilet felt like it was sticky and the bottom of the shower felt like it was wiped with crisco. The breakfast was unimpressive. They had overdone biscuits with sausage gravy, sausage patties and little home fries. The normal cereal and stuff was available. But if you looked for eggs they only had hard boiled. The shared milk jug is one to be desired. Overall, everything was done with the minimal amount of cost and effort. It had the it’s not my job vibe to it. Regardless of potential staffing issues, doing something is better the doing nothing at all. For the price per night, $237.26 plus snacks, I won’t stay here again.

  The bathroom was disgusting, ceiling was peeling in the bathroom, the toilet was so low to the ground and I am short I still had a hard time getting up. The bathroom sick is located in the room not the bathroom. The beds were very soft. The sheets appeared used. The hallway rug needed vacuuming it was shocking to see a holiday express selling beer. Not commenting on the food because we could not wait to leave there. It’s an 80$ a night hotel.
