  This hotel was an amazing stay and a great experience for families. The setup is beautiful and the rooms are clean, nice and comfortable! We checked in with Matt and he checked us in quick and efficiently. There is an indoor pool, and an arcade room. The only bad thing about this hotel is that we got snacks at the front desk and the Cheerios that we got were expired by two months! Overall this hotel was amazing and we would fully recommend!

  Highly recommend! The staff, mainly Claude & Yul went above and beyond! We had 18 delays and a cancellation hence making us 1.5 days late for wedding events & lost luggage. Claude and Yuk hooked my husband up with a suit jacket, shirt, tie, & vest if he needed it. We will never forget their kindness and generosity! Our room was spotless! The bar/restaurant was exceptional! Comfortable and clean. Can’t say enough fabulous things about this place!!

  10 out of 10! Great experience staying here - this is definitely a PREMIER Best Western! Beds were comfortable - great pool... clean rooms - they have a restaurant/ bar attached. We were able to watch FIFA in the lobby! Everyone was polite and friendly... Highly recommend :) looking forward to staying at The Central again!

  First time and definitely not the last! We had such a great stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, quiet, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. I really hope this review reaches Victoria, Happy Birthday Sweetheart! We didn’t forget about you, the kids made sure I wrote a review haha! Thank you for taking such great care of my wife, my kids, and I. You took the time to actually talk with us, remembered our drink orders 2 DAYS after being served the first day which amazed us, overall made us feel like more than just another family staying at the hotel, and that’s something we’ll always remember. We hope you have an amazing birthday, you deserve it! Thanks again for everything, and we hope to see you next time we’re in town! - Joey, Wendy and the kids.

  The pictures truly do not do this hotel justice. This was my first stay at a Best Western, and I have to say I was genuinely impressed. I usually consider brands like Hilton or Marriott when booking hotels, but Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center definitely exceeded my expectations. I arrived late after driving into Pennsylvania, and at that point I was tired and just wanted a smooth, easy check in. Matt at the front desk made that happen. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, accommodating, and helpful. He made the check in process simple and stress free, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to show me the best entrance to use so that getting in and out would be hassle free. That type of thoughtfulness makes a real difference, especially after a long drive. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The room was super clean, which is always one of the most important things for me when staying anywhere. The bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was much larger than I expected. There was so much space that another full size king bed could have easily fit in the area where the couch was. It did not feel cramped at all, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. If you are looking for a hotel with space, comfort, cleanliness, and excellent customer service, I would highly recommend Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center. It is also a great option if you are looking for somewhere that is not too far from Hersheypark. Between the comfortable room, the cleanliness, and Matt’s great customer service at check in, this was a very positive first Best Western experience.
