  Dirty, start with the only light switch wa the bathroom. I had to plug in the lights and screw in the bulbs. Rug in room was dirty likely not vacuumed in a long time. The alarm clock by the bed did not work, and was upside down. The desk chair was wobbly. Bathroom mirror was once one that had light and heat, only heat now no way to turn heat off. The bathroom light was so dim I had to use flashlight to shave. Room AC ran nonstop not really cooling, I pulled the filters ,both were packed solid.after I cleaned and dried them and put them back in place the AC cycled properly Best western quality is so substandard that I could not give it a lower score. Floor lamp base was filthy as the lamp supports were sticky, speaking of sticky that was the bathroom floor. The toilet paper holder did not have a spring tube to hold the roll of paper. If you read this far , please go somewhere else to stay. This was revolting.

  First room was dirty - smelled musty, slug found on the bathroom wall, sofa bed was very stained, no sheets only a rolled up blanket for the sofa bed found in a bag, and garbage was found on the floor. Moved to a different room, no bugs but the sofa bed was a mattress topper. No garbage cans. Restrooms outside breakfast room were disgusting. Waffle maker was broken. No washcloths. Not enough towels for a suite. Water only came out of shower head not for the tub. Not enough towels for a 6 person suite. Again no bedding for sofa bed. Asked housekeeping supervisor for bedding and never received it. Fitness Center was dirty, garbage everywhere. Open food containers, bike was missing one pedal. This morning’s checkout guy was more worried about eating the breakfast for the guests than dealing with dirty bathrooms.

  Stay away! The room was dirty with blood on the sheets and crumbs throughout the room. The TV didn’t work, and there weren’t enough towels for guests. Most concerning was the reckless activity in the parking lot. We notified the front desk about unsafe behavior, but nothing was done to address the situation. The situation escalated into a fire and resulted in damage to a guests vehicle. Extremely disappointing experience and a complete lack of concern for guest safety.

  This was one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We unfortunately were forced to stay here during a sports tournament “stay and play”. It is filthy and the management does not care. The rooms specifically the beds and bathrooms had stains, the bathtub had hair everywhere with rings of dirt around the perimeter, when my husband took a shower the water came up from the drain brown. Our team was out by the pool and every trash can was overflowing with garbage everywhere and the staff refused to change or clean anything up. The breakfast area was unsanitary, trash everywhere and overflowing, I asked multiple times for someone to help…the front desk handed me a garbage bag and said good luck. Do not stay here!

  Excellent stay at this hotel for my son’s high school Commencement ceremony. Was pleasantly surprised as it was even better than I expected after reading many reviews. Staff was helpful and accommodating, room smelled amazing and was very clean, the best hot shower we’ve had in a long time, and the mini fridge came in so handy after returning to our room and wanting a cold drink. Very cute and stylish lobby and the deluxe breakfast offered many options both hot and cold. The first morning the waffle batter and coffee had run out and the front desk made a point to visit the breakfast area and advise the staff to take care of these requests. I was impressed with his helpfulness and concern for our needs. WiFi worked just fine and the room was quiet. We experienced no disruptive behavior during our stay. Ice machine worked well and the hotel offers a machine on each floor. A water machine is also located on first floor for fresh fill ups on your way out or to just hydrate while chilling in your room. Very impressive! Halls smelled very clean and the staff kept the floors clean and free from any small trash. Hot coffee and tea offered in lobby was amazing and a nice touch and laundry bags along with common sundries were available upon request. We only needed laundry bags. Most importantly, the weather was brutal during our stay at 90 to 96 degrees each day. Our room was like a little igloo…so chilly and our safe place from the brutal heat. I’m a pretty tough sell and this hotel is definitely one that we will return to if we’re ever in the area again. Book your room-you won’t regret it!
