  Returned from a long day at the amusement park and just wanted a shower and a bed. Apparently you have to call the front desk to have your room cleaned. They advertise “room service “ sadly it is NOT. It is simply housekeeping. We were so looking forward to ROOM SERVICE. When we got back there was HUNDREDS of tiny bugs crawling all over the floor in clusters! Their only solution was to give us another room. Sadly the tv didn’t work! And you guessed it , no resolution. The breakfast was delicious and instead of closing it at 9:30am, happily they kept it available little longer. The pool didn’t look so “clear”, so I didn’t get in it. The building is up to date and clean minus the bugs in our room lol. The ONLY ice machine is in the lobby. I was on the third floor which equals very annoying. There is no microwave in the rooms only in the lobby. I took a video of the bugs all over our floor, which had just been “cleaned “. When I tried to contact the manager all I got was “the runaround “.

  Well designed hotel for basic accommodations. Free breakfast. But it should start at 0600 instead of 0630 as some of us need to get on the road to work and an earlier start would help.

  Nasty, nasty, nasty is all I can say! By far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. To start, I specifically booked this hotel because I needed connecting rooms, as I was traveling with children. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told by the employee that there were no connecting rooms on the property because the hotel had remodeled. However, after we were forced to switch rooms for the SECOND time, I could clearly see that there were, in fact, connecting rooms at the property and they were available. This was extremely frustrating considering that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel in the first place. Then there were the actual conditions of the rooms. There were bugs throughout the room, ants that appeared to be attracted to old food and debris still left on the floor, and the bathroom had an extremely strong, foul smell of old urine. To make matters worse, the safety lock was missing from the door, which was especially concerning because we were traveling with children. And let me emphasize, we had to switch rooms TWICE at approximately 10 PM with children! Imagine being tired, having your children ready to settle down for the night, and having to pack everything back up and move from room to room because the accommodations are unacceptable. And after all of that, the second room was NO BETTER! These were not minor housekeeping oversights. Old food, bugs, ants, the smell of urine, safety concerns, and having to repeatedly move rooms late at night are completely unacceptable.
