  I forgot I stayed here about 6 months ago.... same room... same gross sink. Thats why it jogged my memory. SAME GROSS SINK. NOT CLEANED FROM MONTSH AGO. This is gross. Also when I got my room cleaned they didnt change the bed sheets. The shower held water. The floor was sticky. The cleaning here is no where near where it should be. I stay alot of places and dont complain. It takes alot for me to write a complaint. This is to much and I wont be coming back. Its making me think about staying away from IHG from here on out. I have had less than pleasant experiences with their upkeep and cleanliness. I will say that the staff was very nice at the front desk.

  This is a good to fair hotel that works just fine if you want to be in Harmarville or neighborhoods nearby. Negotiate your price. Pros - The front desk staff are terrific, very accommodating, switching rooms and helping with reservations and pricing. Basic hotel rooms. Including breakfast is always nice. They have the same breakfast that every other hotel has so you know what you're getting. Cons - both rooms I stayed and had problems - one broken air, and the other water leakage/humidity. They swapped carpeting for vinyl flooring and it hadn't been cleaned. The location is next to the turnpike, a truck depot, and another hotel, luckily, they have good soundproofing. Pricing is wrong! The corporate algorithm prices this location based on local hotel availability and not on the value for what you're getting. Corporate and online wanted $250 including all the fees and taxes! When I was there, the hotel was filled with road crews in bright yellow vests and there is no way that PennDOT is paying $250 per night, probably closer to $100/night. Negotiate price onsite, the online agents in the Philippines won't use discount codes. Rate should be $135 + fees/taxes.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The entire property felt safe and welcoming throughout my visit. The staff was outstanding, especially Beth, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and truly made a positive difference in my experience. The breakfast was also excellent, From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay with a staff that genuinely cares about its guests. I would gladly stay here again!

  Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was served in a nice room with coffee available all the time. It was convenient to many retail and food places. Great experience and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing.

  From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by very friendly staff who went out of their way to handle everything we threw at them. The front desk staff printed a marketing brochure I was working on so I could send to my client. That saved the day. My friend and I were greeted by cleaning staff who were very thorough and also went out of their way to help. One helped me bring my large bag downstairs when she saw me struggling with all our bags. If you ask the staff about the woman wrapped in bubble wrap they will all laugh and say they remember us. We were very pleased with the hotel and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful with a lot of options. The hotel is also very close to many retail and restaurant options and very close to our friends house. We will return there when we go to visit again. I had all the names of the employees we dealt with but it got lost somewhere along the way. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable
