  staff does a great job with a facility that needs remodeling and by report is scheduled for remodeling this fall but there are cigarette receptacles at every entrance and it seems that guests are encouraged to smoke at the entrances everyone else ky often has to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. there are designated smoking areas behind the hotel most other public buildings outlawed smoking at entrances years ago. the hotel also needs 'no smoking' signs at the entrances without this, they really shouldn't advertise as a 'non smoking' facility

  We had not stayed here before but had to pick a place quickly based on price and location. Turned out to be great! Staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and not hard to find. Room was excellent, no not a 5 star experience, but I didn’t expect that. It did have a slightly larger refrigerator than usual and a microwave! Complementary breakfast was very good! Had “continental “ choices and some hot options. They are into an update and renovation period but we did not experience any noise or construction. Would absolutely stay here again.

  I really enjoyed my stay and the location is so convenient. Texas Roadhouse, Dennys, Perkins are all within a stones throw. The staff was very kind and helpful. My room was clean with no musty odor. The breakfast was simple but good and so was the coffee. There is also self serve laundry available. Overall, a great choice and I would return again. Thanks!

  Yeah it was about $209.00 a night. Yeah thats a lot. BUT, the staff lady at the front desk helped me through my panic attack when my Hopper reservation did not cover the state tax cost. She gave me a number to call and my boyfriend took over for the phone call because I was beyond anxious. (Im new to traveling) it was straightened out and we were given a beautiful, clean room with lots of space and a fridge and microwave and coffee/tea. We had lots of fun hanging as a family and then we had an amazing breakfast from the buffet! So many options to choose from! Even lactose free and cholesterol friendly eggs. Omletts or muffins or cereal. It was great. I had fresh fruit. Check out was easy too. No stress and the staff was sweet. One lady talks really loud in the break room. Maybe give a general reminder of volume control? Up to you.
