  I think I would stay here again, it’s a nice little room. Only thing is I had to go all the way back to the front desk bc my key wasn’t working when I tried to get in the room. The bed had hair in it so I took all the sheets off & asked for new ones. That helped but please fumigate or something I saw 1 roach & 2 spiders. If that problem gets taken care of they’ll be solid. Besides that, the bathroom is nice- they have dove products in them. The young lady at the front desk working overnight was very accommodating, she gave me the new sheets & changed my room when the key didn’t work.

  My reason for 4 stars is the broken elevator. This made getting to rooms cumbersome as the door at entry way was a single door, which made it hard for a luggage cart.

  I'm a truck driver and appreciate that this hotel have enough room for my tractor/trailer. Everyone and everything about this hotel is great....from the desk clerks to housekeeping to the restaurants! I look past all the renovation stuff because at least they're working toward making this hotel even better. I even had a little gift when I got to Room 442 today. I appreciate it and look forward to future stays as long as I'm in the area. Allyn Fuller 😊

  Awesome location right off 81 and an easy quick drive to Hershey park. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and informative. Came in town for the GnR concert. Some of the hotel is under renovations which they are doing a great job keeping it clean and the areas safe. The newly renovated rooms are very nice! The A/C works great, the bed has got to be the most comfortable bed for a hotel I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful shower and clean bathroom. They had an awesome country band in the downstairs bar that played till midnight. A breakfast buffet that had a great selection and it was very good with friendly service. This will def be my place to stay any time I am in the area for concerts or attractions.   Great location but terrible hotel. Room had garbage from previous guest. Sockets didn’t work. Found broken razor blades and dry wall screws multiple times in multiple area on different days. Mentioned this to the front desk and Foad said housekeeping will show. They never showed. Lots of safety issues all around. Door C is open for anyone outside to come and go. Electrical extension cords crossing over puddles of water in the pool area. Shattered glass door held in place by tape. Carpet has ripples everywhere, easy to trip on. Food is mediocre, I would just go to Dunkin at this rate. Everything is not operating correctly….the elevator, water fountain in the gym and so on. Total disappointment in staff and management. I DO NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you have children.
