  I tried to check into this Holiday Inn Express because our power was out for a couple of days. The first room they gave me had hair and toilet paper on the bathroom floor and in the tub, the bed looked disheveled, and the carpet was sopping wet by the window. The next room they showed me had a dirty toilet with feces remnants on the porcelain that hadn’t been cleaned. The third room had hair in the bed sheets. I told them I could not stay there and wanted a refund. The front desk clerk acted like he couldn’t give the refund and said it would be emailed to me. I’m still waiting.

  Our family lost power to our house during an horrible storm and Foad was very accommodating and so thought and nice and made our overnight stay comfortable he so nice and professional. The rooms were clean and we slept very comfortably. Thank you Foad for your hospitality. The Conner family

  We have been staying @ Holiday Inn Harrisburg for over 20 years and every year it gets better. We are a large group of bowlers that bowl in a local tournament and this hotel is so conviently located. Hersey Park, Hollywood Casino are within minutes, plus many restuarants and activities. We could not ask for a better place to stay. If we encounter a problem, it is resolved immediately. Staff is so attentive and friendly. We would not think of staying anywhere else. Love this place away from home.

  Poorly run hotel. Just advice for people staying at this hotel double check your bank statements as they double charge your card. Then when you try to get it rectified, they go silent. Approaching 15 days now and I have had no resolution to this case and they have basically told me that transaction is lost in their system. This is just courtesy for any other people looking to stay to be aware! Hotel itself is ok, rooms etc and resturant it’s just the operations side. I contacted The hotel six times and only after I got a little bit irate by a lack of action, did I get call back! Be aware

  We had a freshly updated room, but they were shivery cleaning up debris on arrival that was everywhere. The rest of the hotel was a disappointment for sure - no outdoor pool despite being why we picked it in first place. Indoor pool was hot and gross. Staff was not helpful. The best thing about this place was the staff at the saloon, especially the severe and cook, who was putting out some good meals back to back to back. Id let them run the hotel maybe….
