  Staff welcomed me on check-in and recognized me as a Rewards member. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The physical facility was clean and modern. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and everything was functional. I would highly recommend this property for business or pleasure and the location is convenient to major routes. The only negative aspect is that dining options are limited and somewhat distant.

  Had a bit of a wait to check in since no one was at the counter to greet us. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is the standard continental breakfast. They had scrambled eggs but no bacon or sausage.

  This is a beautiful motel .I have stayed here several times. This one is on my next time list.

  Horrific ... beginning to end. I initially did book this and it was supposed to be at a discount member rate. I wanted to use up my points and called in to have them assist. They upped the rate immediately... and I did not realize they didn't adjust it after I pointed it out. I later had our reason for coming to the area go bust, so tried to cancel the same day. Answer was NO. I'd still be charged-no one could help me . Extremely rude to me- very unconcerned .Ok... I conceded... and it was what it was. We came-already not going well. Got here and the 'Adult' I spoke to about the room looked 12...not exaggerating. Don't even get me started on the overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning product as soon as you came in . And a trail of spilled French fries. I was on a walker and in a boot...there were full spaces for handicapped people filled w/ not- disabled and unmarked vehicles. I had to park the entire way behind the building,and ,do to there being no walk ramp up to the back entry doors,had to struggle the entire way to the FRONT of the hotel. Breakfast room was congested and the location not easy to access w/a small walker. The Cherry on top,however ,was around 9:50 in the morning( way b/f check out ) I was in the bathroom area and I'd left my walker outside it's door. I heard our Room door open, my walker get knocked out of place,and the door re-slam. Came out and my sister was sleeping. I figured a maid got confused. Decided to let it go. At around 10:25 I was trying to slip into my pants on the couch since it hurt too much standing on my foot,my sister had gone into the bathroom . Yup -repeat story here, the door swings in on our room and a maid walks right in on us ,sees me ,does mumble something, & slams the door ... and these mistakes of entering an occupied room was shocking to me. (Our check out was 11 am and we were well within it).I did than go to the Manager,who 'Promised' points were being added and did seem shocked our room was entered twice. Only 2 things I'd say were good was the mattress and mini waffles. Everything screamed tacky and cheap. It was the worst .
