  ممتاز ونظيف و غرف واسعة .. الكنبة تتحول الى سرير .. ادارة الفندق ممتازة .. الفطور طازج .. عيب واحد فقط صغير .. الغرف المطلة على الطريق السريع العزل فيها ضعيف وتسمع اصوات الشاحنات واتمنى من ادارة الفندق معالجة ذلك .

  We've brought soccer tournament groups to the Best Western Grantville multiple times a year, and through every season the hotel has consistently shown up with professionalism and genuine hospitality. A huge part of that is Zain. From the moment our group is contracted to the moment teams check in, Zain goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly — and he does it with a warmth and care that makes this hotel a true partner. Managing large traveling sports groups comes with its share of moving parts — room assignments, early check-ins, late departures, last-minute changes — and Zain handles every curveball and problem with a calm, solutions-first attitude that makes my job appreciative of his approach and hospitality . He's genuinely invested in making sure our groups have a great stay, not just a place to sleep between games. Teams have reported back that the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-suited for sports travel. It's rare to find someone in this industry who consistently delivers that level of personal care for group travelers, and it absolutely does not go unnoticed. If you're coordinating soccer or other sports tournaments in the Central PA area, this is your go-to hotel — and make sure you ask for Zain. He's the real deal.

  Great experience everything was clean, people were nice and breakfast was good. Extra blankets in the closet, AC worked one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at.

  Staff welcomed me on check-in and recognized me as a Rewards member. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The physical facility was clean and modern. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and everything was functional. I would highly recommend this property for business or pleasure and the location is convenient to major routes. The only negative aspect is that dining options are limited and somewhat distant.
