I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, but it just fell short of my expectations. While the room had a nice kitchen area, it honestly felt a bit tired and could have been cleaned much better before I checked in. The breakfast area was super crowded, and it took forever to find a clean table or get any fresh food. It is in a decent spot if you need to be in this part of town, but I think there are better options if you want a more comfortable and stress-free experience.

We had an overall nice stay recently at the Staybridge Suites - it was our first time and the brand, and we'd probably consider Staybridge in the future.
Check-in was very efficient, with a friendly and professional front desk. We were given a room on the top floor as requested, which is always really appreciated.
The room itself was quite spacious, with a good layout. The kitchen was updated with stainless appliances, and was nicer than expected. The decor was fairly basic, but nice enough. Carpet, furniture, and lamps did show their age, with several stains and worn edges - they were minor and did not affect the quality of our stay.
Internet speed was usable, but not great for 2026. Placement of outlets could have been better - it was a good thing we brought a power strip.
The room layout has the sink and vanity right off the bedroom, with a door only to the shower and toilet. I'm not fond of that layout, but otherwise there was enough space for all of our toiletries and everything was quite clean.
One standout feature was the air conditioning worked very well in the hot weather - it actually got too cold in the middle of the night and we had to raise the temperature. The hotel at night was extremely quiet, so we slept quite well.
Breakfast was adequate, and typical for IHG. Too many children were running around and "playing" - it was distracting and not so great for those who want a quiet breakfast. I'm not sure what the hotel can really do about that, other than perhaps remind parents to be considerate of others.
Overall it was a solid stay, and we'd consider coming here again. This Staybridge may not be the fanciest or new, but it's perfectly fine for something in the price range. If you're looking for a nice and quiet hotel with space, this would be a good choice!

I booked for its location, great ratings and plat member but results are quite disappointing
Service: no upgrade despite I checked apps and they had two bedroom suite available but insisted almost full so cannot give it to me. Don’t understand why as it shows available.
Service was very subpar compared to the awards they got. Breakfast often ran empty and tables not cleaned (see photo) with only one staff for the whole area on a holiday weekend. I understand your staff needs time off, how about travelers who paid exorbitant rates to travel at the same time? Can you pay your staff well so both sides are happy
Safety: I travel with a small non shed dog myself so appreciate pet friendly but can’t believe a large size dog running loose in the hallway following me. Fortunately I have extensive experience to know not run but k can imagine how scary it must be for others
Cleanses: this is the worst part of the stay. Poop stains on sofa bed see photo, very dirty stains on carpet and chairs
