Fantastic experience at this hotel. Only reason I did not give 5 stars for the room is bc of the double beds—they are just too small to accommodate adults and children. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was great. The hotel gym is clean and nice and they have an indoor pool! The breakfast was excellent—by far the best I have experienced in this category of hotel. We loved chatting with Karen, the bartender at the restaurant. She’s a gem! We definitely will stay here again!

I booked this place based on the pool and location. The reviews said it was clean. It is not. The pool has a layer of filmy slime all around the water line the whole pool is gross. Theres clumps of hair floating around here and other scum. Filthy. Why? Ugh. Its ashamed because the rest of the location is nice.

Easy 25 minutes to airport parking. We stayed at night before and after a trip abroad. Excellent breakfast buffet and omelet bar. Full selections of all breakfast options, hot and cold.

Awful experience and hotel. Walls are paper thin, you could hear the people next door in our bedroom as if there were no walls, as they kept talking and chatting until 2 am. No housekeeping service provided to us over the weekend. Elevators take 10 minutes to arrive. Couch in the “suite” we paid for barely fit 2 people. Will NEVER come back to this hotel again.

Great Location. Plenty of parking. Clean everywhere. Breakfast buffet would be worth paying for if i lived in the area. The pool was clean and warm but refreshing and chlorine but not an overdose. There is a lounge to lay out in the sun off the indoor pool. Also they have multiple layers of mattress protection which was nice. Sheets are basic. Not my favorite for deep sleep but very very clean so its fine. Honestly the only real problem is they do not have handheld showers. Its so difficult to extend a stay at a place or want to come back if you cannot shower proper. Multiple days of not having hot water directly on my bits is bothersome. Women have different needs than men. Also, they do not turn down (you know just making the beds, changing the trash, rub rinse, and taking used towels and giving new ones) if you are only staying two nights. That might be okay if its a single but if multiple people that quickly makes a hotel messy. Especially if you have come into town for events and may be taking multiple showers. That lake of a handheld shower though is the reason for four stars instead of five. I can leave my own trash bag in the hall for them to grab.
