  Overall a very nice stay, tucked out of the way of the main drag. The pool was small and with a few kids it got very loud. It was clean, polite staff, and nice rooms. We happened to have a handicap accessible room which seemed of generous size, especially the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent with options like fruit, cereal, fresh made pancakes, bagels, etc. Coffee was great, freshly ground and brewed.

  Was charged a $250 incidental fee with no explanation. Our calls and messages to the hotel were completely ignored. Had to reach out to corporate who said they would get the charge removed but haven’t. Hotel themselves finally called and left a voicemail after case was opened with corporate to say it was because we had our dog. We specifically searched for a pet friendly hotel, didn’t try to hide him. If you don’t in fact allow pets in your hotel, then remove yourself from the “pet-friendly” filter on Expedia’s search. Or do you purposely keep it there so you can charge pet owners $250 after lying about being pet-friendly?

  This was a horrible experience. Got there, one bed was made the other was stripped, not even touched. They didnt even attempt to make the bed, trash cans were full of other people's junk, there was a used toothbrush and toothpaste on the bathroom sink, facial hair trimmings all over the sink and we had zero towels to shower. I called the front desk, all Jordan told me was "we can bring you towels, we are full so I can't switch you rooms, I'm not sure what else to do" he brought 1 towel and bath mat 😐 This room was not cleaned or checked by the supervisor housekeeper before someone else could check in. I feel like more should have been done. DO BETTER. I do not recommend staying here. $180 a night for this? Not worth it.

  This is a clean, comfortable and secure property. I have no complaints and would stay again except for the rate - absolutely usurious, and I think I know why. There were 2 groups, one a school group, that I’m certain were paying much less. So the rate I had to pay was to offset the discounted rate they received. I know that I had other, less expensive choices in the area but, as a Diamond member I take brand loyalty seriously. Additionally, after check in I received a text asking how the room was, etc. I replied asking for a 1 hr late checkout and received a reply offering an extended late checkout for an additional $75 - as if $365 wasn’t enough for 1 night! called the front desk and was given a late checkout, which is a benefit of my diamond membership. I really felt taken advantage of.

  Excellent hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast choices. The front desk was helpful. The gym is nice and is also very clean, however, out of 3 treadmills, two needed to be serviced (the incline not working on one of them). Centrally located to attractions in Gettysburg and adjacent to an outlet mall. Over all I would recommend this hotel.
