  Our stay was wonderful! We used to stay at a different hotel every time we came to the area, but fortunately that one was sold out. We plan to stay here moving forward. Holly and Kim both provided very friendly and exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

  Holly and Kim were wonderful. Happy, pleasant, bubbly, and great ambassadors for the Holiday Inn brand. Everything was very, very clean, fresh, and organized. Would be glad to stay here again.

  We found ourselves on a dark stretch of a mountain side road, 500+ miles from home, experiencing some minor car trouble. Not wanting to chance it and drive through the night, we decided to make an emergency stop at the closest place. Prior to booking anywhere, I typically research for hours to ensure a safe, clean stay. The Holiday Inn Express was the closest place, so we took a chance and hoped for the best. I am so glad we stopped here! Upon our arrival, we met a true gem of a lady, the night manager, Ms Jamie. She was warm, kind and extremely helpful. To our pleasant surprise, the room was incredibly clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the Dove brand toiletries were a nice touch. The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise! The menu was extensive and included make your own pancakes, fresh fruit and an impressive coffee bar! As we had breakfast we noticed how much effort was put into keeping everything so inviting. We watched as a lady by the name of Joanne buzzed around cleaning, checking on dishes, filling containers and working hard to present one of the most impressive hotel breakfast spreads we have ever seen! Like her coworker, she was a lovely lady who takes pride in her work. Thats refreshing to see these days. As we wrapped up our excellent impromptu roadside stay, we unfortunately realized our car battery had died once again. Once again, another kind and caring lady from the hotel came to our aide. This time it was Steph, the dayshift front desk attendant. She helped us get our car started and also gave us the name of a local establishment that sells car parts! Thanks to these fine folks, we had a pleasant and safe overnight stay! We started the rest of our trip well rested, on a full stomach and thankfully, a brand new car battery to carry us back home! If we had to experience car issues, miles away from home, we were lucky to have rolled into the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Frackville Pennsylvania!

  Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. The GM, Noreen, has done a fine job of keeping the hotel modern and accommodating. I pass through the area often, and this is my stay of choice. Holly at breakfast does an excellent job, too.

  Let me tell you I had to come all the way from Charleston sc for a funeral but the moment I stepped in this hotel there was a sense of warm family and people that actually care weather they where crying with me , making me laugh , fast and very polite when I needed something , always attentive and ready to help and never got annoyed Brynne, Brian , Stef and Noreen really do an exceptional job here they made the hard time I was going through a little easier everyday. I also want to mention there breakfast is amazing something different everyday and goodies you can take with you if your in a rush or traveling, from bean to cup coffee with all different flavors teas too 24 hrs a day hot showers with a collection of Dove products to wash with and very quite at night easy to get to sleep and stay asleep especially if you only have a couple hours to get back on the road again definitely staying here everything I come through
