  There's water in the gym that you can refill your bottles as these guys don't provide bottles as a policy. But they are very friendly and place is kept clean. If you're staying there you can bring in your pizzas/food, heat them and have a nice time. Free coffee/tea vending machines for guests. Breakfast between 6-10 am, fresh pancakes, options of yoghurt, bacon, cakes, juices. Very good parking space. The railway station is just 3 minutes walk and car washes nearby. Nice calm place.

  When I made my reservations a week ago, I was asked about time would I be arriving I said about 12:00 pm. I arrived at 12:45 and was told they had no rooms avaliable. I just came in from a 9 hrs drive, was tired, not to mention I'm a heart patient and need to rest. This will be my last time staying here. This is the second time I had had this problem with this hotel. Never again, they will not get a third time with me.

  Fantastic Place. Loved absolutely every minute I was there! Booked two rooms for two nights - one for family and one for relative to attend a graduation. The rooms were more than I ever expected! HUGE. Huge, clean and spacious. Bed and pillows super comfy. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms, lobby, restrooms were incredibly spotless. They offer a breakfast buffet that is amazing and you should not go away hungry. Extremely close to anything you may need. The hotel and the staff made the graduation ceremony and our stay so worthwhile.

  I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. This is the nicest Holiday Inn I ever encountered. I bought a room with a suite and it was extremely spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The furniture in the room looked like it was recently upgraded as there was no sign of wear and tear. There was a fairly large personal sized refrigerator. Not a full size one but larger than I would expect for a room I paid 150 a night for. The complementary breakfast was better one might expect. Coffee was great annd readily available. There were no shortages of choices ranging from eggs to cereal. The cinnamon buns were great. I spoke with the manager when my key card malfunctioned and he personally walked up to my room to make sure I could get in. Service was above and beyond. Realistically, it's not the Ritz Carlton but it was the nicest Holiday Inn I ever stayed in and would not hesitate to go back.

  Quiet location and just five minutes walk from SEPTA Regional Rail station to reach downtown Philadelphia plus one stop to the pleasant town of Amber. Friendly receptionist and checking in proces. The room which was the usual high standard for a Holiday Inn Express. Clean, bathroom in good condition. Good to see dispensers for soap, shower get etc for the washbasin etc. Coffee machine with pods. WiFi worked well. Typical free breakfast selection with a good range of cooked items. Pancake machine. A shame that paper plates, plastic cutlery and disposable cups are used rather than proper crockery.
