DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is awful!!! First off! The standard rooms are not the best. Yes it’s “clean” but that bathroom was full of rust all along the shower… the shower head had so much lime and calcium build up I felt uncomfortable showing. The room has absolutely no towels with the exception of wash cloths and 1 hand towel. A sign states you can go down and ask for towels. My husband did that twice! Within 2 hours! The desk agent at the front desk when this incident occurred…. His name was Michael! Michael kept making excuses as to why we couldn’t have towels. Also wouldn’t give us a trash bag since our waste baskets had none. At 8 am we asked and he said all the towels were dirty and they will be ready in 30 minutes. 2 hours later! Still no towels. At 10am we asked again! This time he once again made an excuse and said that it was going to be an hour now! We never got towels that day even though we were told they would be sent up. The next day someone else working the desk was confused as to why he said that because towels were produced and so was a trash bag that the new agent said they have a ton of right under the desk. When we went to check out a few days later! We had everything settled and we asked if we were all set. We were told yes. As we went to leave! Once again! The front desk agent Michael! Pulled us back in saying my card was declining. There was no way or no reason for that to be a thing. He told us the last 4 of the card he was trying to run and it was not ours. So he told us we needed to basically repay for our stay. I will put some fault on us for not asking more questions. However this man ran my card again! Even though we paid already and they only owed me $150 back for accidentals. Two days after coming home. Our account went 100% negative and has caused a ton of stress on my family. Because of this hotels mistake or hell the horrible agent Michael up front who clearly has no idea what he’s doing! All of our bills have now bounced. And overdraft fees are wracking up. The hotel was contacted the second it was discovered. When we spoke to the night agent. She was able to pull our reservation up and proceeded to tell us that our missing money was under someone else’s name. She asked if anyone in our house was named James Thomas. Absolutely NOT! So we paid for someone else’s stay! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!!!!??????We started very patiently with them (it’s been over a week since they have taken all my money) the manager just never seems to be there. Minimal communication with them regarding what happened! And why have we not been refunded. And by minimum I mean only when we contact them. My bank was immediately contacted as well. Bank said the dispute will result in them contacting the hotel anyways and recommend I wait for the hotels response. Days! No response! (The weekend had hit and was not able to file a dispute with my bank) As of today our account is still negative! Called corporate as well which was a complete joke. Absolutely not helpful whatsoever! Magically after calling corporate a million times we received an email( from the hotel) stating that “they processed our refund.” This is the most messed up thing I have ever experienced in my life. A great family vacation ruined by either this hotel absolutely not knowing what they are doing OR the front desk Agent Michael has no clue what he’s doing! Besides our owed money, the only thing I want are answers! What did he do!? Why did he run my card on someone else’s account when my card was attached to our reservation! Someone needs to look into the hotel and that agent needs to be questioned….. EVERYONE WATCH YOUR MONEY IF YOU CHOSE TO STAY THERE! The amount of distress this is causing a over a week or so after this vacation is ridiculous! No money! No answers! I have no clue why the website says this hotel says is a 4.1 star hotel because absolutely they are not! my next step if this isnt resolved in a few days will be the BBB. Absolutely ridiculous!

My dad and I stayed here for a night before attending the PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Course - I have mixed emotions about this hotel:
Pros - Front desk staff was generally friendly, room, hallways, lobby, and elevators were generally clean as well, many other third spaces nearby, plus fast Wi-Fi.
Cons - Very little to no hot water in shower, bed was a bit too hot and uncomfortable, poorly soundproofed, and elevators were small and a bit rickety.
Overall, I think there could be a few improvements (minus the elevator size, it can’t be changed) and there were some pros as well, I probably won’t recommend this place due to cold showers and uncomfortable beds.

Older hotel, out dated . Bed had clean sheets. Bathroom had molding around shower and doors that needed cloroxed and replaced.
Found multiple black hairs in shower and on Bathroom floor.
Window in room had moisture between the panes.
Located in nice area for food options.
Service was good.
Every time we walked out side multiple smokers by the door.
