- ___6 days ago3.0They purposefully understaffed their completely booked hotel for the 4th of July weekend.... They let unruly guests with untrained dogs bark at all hours and when addressed, the staff gaslit me about the issue. And they didn't even give me my breakfast vouchers for the 2 night stay that I paid for as an add on. Don't eat here, their food is really really bad, especially breakfast. The cheapest food I've ever had at a hotel. And yeah you'll never catch the staff because they're all too busy having no support/running around for all the guests. They only put one person at each station.

Unfortunately we didnt feel comfortable in such a tiny pool with so many little ones splashing and having a good time. I wish the hotel would have an adult swim hour to accommodate others to enjoy the pool as well.. Missing 1 star because of this.

They gave us a room and there was a problem with our room key not working. While this was happening a hundred or more people came into check in. The staff could not keep up as they were unfortunately short staffed. However, with all the madness Heather and Christine went above and beyond trying to help us. This morning upon check out another lovely lady comped us on the way out. These women took a difficult situation and kept there composer and offered excellent customer service. We are grateful!
