- TZTamim Zarabi2 days ago4.0Overall, this hotel deserves five stars based on my experience. However, the attitude and behavior I experienced during breakfast were disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism and hospitality I expected. It was probably because of my race I am not trying to single anyone out, but this experience affected my overall impression and brought my rating down to four stars. As a result, I have decided to stay at Spark by Hilton for my other visits. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and works to improve the guest experience.again I am not mentioning someone specifically
- BTBethany TothOct 7, 20264.0The service and amenities at this location was excellent! There is a restaurant on the main floor to order your meals....there's no complimentary breakfast. Food was good. The hotel elevators were gross and needed cleaned. Our room was neat and clean. Beds were very comfy! Just needed extra blankets, which we travel with. The bathroom floor wasn't swept, the shower had hair in it, and the window had face smudges on it from previous guests. And you have to pay for parking??!!
- JBJamie BakerOct 1, 20265.0The hotel itself was wonderful. Tanya was Amazing. Heather was Amazing. The only negative was housekeeping. I personally asked the head housekeeper (Joanne) about room service. I got an attitude and still NEVER got service??? Not a good look on your hotel.
- KMketal mehtaSep 28, 20262.0Awful experience, started with breakfast experience. The hostess was very rude and we felt she treated us like that because of our ethnic background from the moment we went up to her.. We noticed she was nice to others. She denied having anything vegetarian and then when we complained at the front desk she suddenly made it available. What we finally got was mediocre. Room wasn’t cleaned after we had specifically asked for it when we left in the morning. TV doesn’t function as a smart tv.
- JAJim AshmanSep 18, 20261.0The hotel put three separate holds on my card totalling $1,200 for a two night stay 10 hours before I even arrived. Holds were not released until three days after I checked out. The staff member(s) I dealt with claimed there was nothing they could do and basically said I had to wait until they were released. I asked for the general manager several times and she was never there. I called and left a message with her but she never returned my call. No explanation as to why this happened, all I got was some weak apologies and a couple of free breakfasts and some snacks. I liked the property, but will never be back and the experience has soured me on all Holiday Inns.
