- JAJasmeen Kaur AujlaJun 28, 20262.0We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was much smaller than expected, and many basic amenities were missing despite the price we paid. The room had a coffee machine but no coffee pods. When we asked the receptionist, we were surprisingly told that guests are expected to bring their own coffee pods. We have never experienced this at any hotel. There was also no kettle to boil water, no complimentary bottled water, and no milk available for tea or coffee. We had to go to a nearby store just to buy drinking water. In addition, the room was missing basic disposable amenities that are normally provided by hotels. Overall, the hotel felt old and in need of renovation. Considering the amount we paid, the lack of basic services and amenities was unacceptable. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

I just can’t say enough about the staff. And, I always look for a clean hotel. And this one is very clean. Thanks to all the staff for welcoming us with open arms.
