  A lot of breakfast options. Clean for this star ranking hotel. Worth the purchase after a family trip to Hershey park.

  This hotel is excellent. Super friendly staff, very clean and comfy rooms, really good breakfast too. Can't say enough about how kind and professional the staff are. And it's dog friendly! Very reasonable pet fee and they give you a little welcome bag, complete w recommendations on where to walk/hike w your dog. Will be our go-to when traveling to Lancaster to see family.

  Stayed 2 nights here and would definitely stay again. Front staff was friendly and the girls that handled breakfast were on top of their game. They made sure tables were wiped down in a timely manner and food was replenished fairly quickly! We joked that they may have moved a bit faster if they wore rollerskates but they did great while just on 2 feet :) (Shout out to kitchen staff Steph and Krystal!!!) Jocelyn was the housekeeper for our room and it was in tip top shape! Besides some paint touch up needs on the TV stand, everything in the room looked great! Fantastic stay overall!

  Location was good for our route 🤠. We booked two rooms prior to arrival and front desk was very accommodating with giving us side by side rooms with a connecting door. Marg at the breakfast bar was very friendly and had the fullest all you could want breakfast we've ever seen. What definitely recommend!

  We chose this place only for the location despite the price, but we were greeted with surly staff and ridiculous extra charges. Even if your room is ready, you have to pay an extra $35 to enter your room before 3pm. And if you're 5 minutes for checkout? $50. I've stayed at hotels in dozens of countries around the globe, and this was the most absurd money-grab I've ever seen. The breakfast was ok - the room's carpet was GROSS. In response to the hotel's rationalization of their policies: We arrived after 12 noon. The fact that they DEMANDED payment from the groom's mother for the wedding attendees doesn't change the fact that THEY DEMAND PAYMENT OF $35 EXTRA FOR THOSE ARRIVING BEFORE 3PM. Second of all, it's now pretty clear that their surly staff takes their cues from their manager. I'm sorry that I stayed here - a mistake I will not repeat.
