  This was one of the best Holdiay Inn express experiences I’ve had, wound up in what must have been a brand new room (130s) which was just great and the staff was super friendly. The only thing I’d note is that the food cooking smell particles are thick in the vicinity of the breakfast area, and after sitting there for about 15-20m I could smell it on my shirt and arms and stuff after I left, admittedly I’m on the spectrum and have a better sniffer than most people.. but maybe some better ventilation from the food preparing is in order. Oh yeah, and the lady who was servicing the breakfast buffet was amazing! She was super kind and friendly and I saw her offering to grab things like seconds or drinks for folks who were seated enjoying their breakfast. Never seen that before at a hotel like this. I was really impressed.

  I stayed here for one night while I was in the area for a Spartan Race in July, and overall, I was very happy with my stay. One of the biggest reasons I chose this hotel was the location. It was about 40 minutes from the race, going in the direction of my home. The room was great and had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay, especially the bathroom. It was a while since I've stayed at a hotel and one thing that really surprised me was that the soap and shampoo were provided in pump bottles rather than the small individual bottles you typically see at hotels. I would usually bring my own toiletries, but since it was just a one night stay, I didn't want to pack a bunch of extra things, so having those available was really convenient. There was a plaza nearby with several different options for food and other necessities, which came in handy when we got hungry and didn't want to travel far. The staff was great. The hotel also had a pool and a gym, although we didn't get to use it. Overall, after battling it out on that mountain for the race this was the perfect location to end the night and rest up!

  Stayed on the way into NYC, place was nice. Decided to stay on our way home from NYC and was very disappointed. Our room had a damp, musty smell... we thought maybe it was the carpet or pull out couch (there is a pool on the premises) they sent a gentleman in. And he looked around and said he couldn't smell anything... very disappointed

  Great Stay! Had a really good stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the washroom was also very clean. Staff were friendly and provided great service. Breakfast was good, and the hotel had nice amenities. Overall, a very clean, comfortable, and good value hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

  As an IHG member we were automatically upgraded to a suite without asking which was nice. My wife and I both commented how clean the entire place was. There was an expansive amount of staff on site to maintain and thoroughly clean from the rooms to amenity areas, etc. Breakfast was your standard offering at this chain but the staff went out of their way to keep items replenished and the entire area orderly. The only thing we noticed were a few short hairs on the sofa in our room likely from a service animal. When we mentioned that to the front desk upon checkout they immediately phoned housekeeping instructing them to shampoo the sofa. We highly recommend this place and we will revisit.
