  5 stars across the board! We stayed here over 4th of July weekend due to power outages at home and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone we encountered was beyond nice. Our room was great me my toddler enjoyed the pool. Can’t recommend this place enough.

  I love this hotel for the free breakfast which is quite awesome and many selections. Also I realized that I had an allergic reaction to feather pillows, and very quickly was I given for regular pillows. The service and the caring is out of this world. And they make some really great suggestions for places to go eat. This is my second time here and this hotel does not disappoint. It also is close to enough to downtown Easton with all the wonderful eateries and shops

  Clean; very friendly staff; quiet atmosphere; serviceable breakfast Shout out to the older gentleman who was doing housekeeping on the 3rd floor this weekend. Very outgoing!

  My patience is up and here's my complaint. Katie McGarry! Issue the refund that you've promised when this hotel had a power outage! As you know, my family did not stay and you were not able to issue a refund at that moment because you had no power. It was in March! I have all the snips of my emails sent back to where you've send me an email so please do not excuse your ignorance by "I did not received it." I still have not heard anything from you nor any corporation from you. This is the last chance before I post all the snips in the public and get these problems presented for the reference. I do not want to cause any harm to this hotel. Things that are supposed to be taken care of should be taken care promptly.

  Rooms were clean. We requested a late checkout. Normally checkout is 11. At 11:05 house keeping knocked on the door. Before I could get to the door to open it, they opened it and acted shocked that we were still there. I told them we requested a late checkout. Less than 5 mins later another house keeper knocked and asked if we were checking out. I told her we would be but we had requested a late checkout. Then a minute or two after that the phone began ringing. We checked out about 25 minutes after actual checkout time. We had only requested a late checkout due to my husband having a work meeting and not knowing exactly when it would be over. We didn't want to be late checking out without them knowing. It seemed like we were being rushed to checkout even though we had requested a late checkout.
