  Rooms are regular had to request new cover as the one on my bed was stained and had hair in it. Also the garbage had some paper in it. location is ok not hard to get to from 80 now. As far as service the employees not only need training asap but they seriously need to realize that they have very thick accents and shouldn’t get upset because there is confusion due to misunderstanding-I chose to give it 2 stars because unfortunately for me I got to meet the very sweet receptionist D on the last day of my stay, I must say she is a ray of sunshine In a very dark & doul establishment. I recommend if your going to stay here book around her schedule. She got done in 10 min what 2 men and countless hours couldn’t!

  I booked and paid for my stay in full through Expedia before arriving at the hotel. Despite this, the hotel charged my credit card again for one night’s stay without my authorization, claiming that they could not see the payment from Expedia. I contacted Expedia and confirmed that my reservation had already been successfully paid in full. When I asked the hotel to verify the payment directly with Expedia before charging me again, the staff was completely unhelpful and refused to assist. Instead, I was told that I had to contact Expedia myself and have Expedia contact the hotel, even though this was clearly an issue between the hotel and Expedia. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way the hotel handled my request to speak with a manager. Earlier, I spoke with a female staff member who specifically told me that the manager would be available after 3:15 p.m. When I called again after that time and asked to speak with the manager, I was suddenly told that the manager had already left and was unavailable. I understand that billing discrepancies can happen, but what is unacceptable is charging a guest again for a stay that has already been paid in full, without first properly verifying the payment, and then refusing to take responsibility or make any effort to resolve the issue. The lack of cooperation, inconsistent information, and dismissive attitude from the staff made an already frustrating billing problem significantly worse. I am extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled the situation and would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

  House keeping is the worst. I was there for 2 months and my room wasn't cleaned. When I mentioned it to the manager she asked me to leave the hotel
