  I was trying to eat breakfast with my children and the very very loud disrespectful front desk lady just kept cursing and cursing and cursing she was talking to guest talking to other coworkers dropping the F bomb Saying every curse word in the book basically sounds like she was screaming on top of her lungs when she talks to people very unpleasant. I had my children around on a school day trying to do online school while we were enjoying breakfast as a family definitely wasn’t enjoyable. Such a shame because breakfast was amazingly prepared by Jaylean

  I am a long term stay still in house due to some personal issues I have been here since around January and i have to say over my time here I have never felt more uncomfortable as I said I am here for personal reasons and don’t have many options I witnessed for the third time today Celeste the GM here at staybridge get into altercations in the lobby with other long term guest who I have come to know and understand them as well and one by one I seen her treat them poorly agitate them, be rude, and threaten them she has been here for around 3 months and has kicked out already 2 guests and today I witnessed her threatening another guest to get kicked out she says the same thing to everyone threatens to call the police after they reciprocate her disrespect and harassment she is rude loud and somehow any inconvenience leads to her threatening to call police. Even though she started agitating the guest first. over my stay here I have seen her be rude to the guest and be little them as well as some of the employees I have seen 2 GM’s before her that were heaven sent but this one came straight from hell she uses her authority to be little others her around her which is disgusting to think she is working in hospitality. This hotel needs to change and reevaluate because I don’t see anyone benefitting from staying here while she is GM I will keep myself anonymous under the name Antonio due to retaliation seeing as I’m still in house and can’t wait to leave I recommend everyone to never stay here. Side note the man she threatened has HEART issues and has had open heart surgery in the last few months. This lady is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen!

  ⭐ 1 out of 5 — Disappointing and troubling experience ⭐ 1 out of 5 — My family was placed at this hotel temporarily because our home was damaged. The location was important because my husband is a disabled veteran who receives ongoing medical treatment. My concerns began when I briefly used a small countertop cooking appliance in the common area. I was unaware that it was prohibited. An employee walked past several times without saying anything but later photographed the appliance and contacted the manager. I would have removed it immediately if someone had explained the rule. Other guests have also used countertop cooking appliances, which made me feel that the rule was not being applied equally. The manager later made several inappropriate comments about my food, my family’s use of the common area, and my husband’s mobility. She compared our gathering to being in a “club” and dismissed my explanation that my husband sometimes needs assistance simply because he can walk. Several other accusations were made without dates, evidence, prior warnings, or written policy violations. I made a formal complaint at the front desk and requested upper-management contact information. I was told that an email address would be provided, but I never received it and had to locate it myself. I then discovered that both my current confirmed reservation and my confirmed extension through November 27 had been canceled without prior notice or an opportunity to respond. The manager acknowledged contacting my insurance company and telling them that we might be better off elsewhere. My insurance representative later informed me that the manager claimed I had called the police on her. I did not call the police. I was told that hotels can cancel reservations or contracts whenever they choose. Even if management has cancellation authority, there should be an independent process for someone above the property manager to review the facts—especially when confirmed accommodations are being canceled based on unsupported accusations or personal feelings. A single manager should not be able to disrupt a family’s temporary housing without providing a documented reason or allowing the guest to respond. This situation created unnecessary hardship for my family. I have submitted a formal complaint and requested an investigation. Hotel policies should be clearly communicated, supported by documentation, and applied equally. Guests should also be able to raise concerns without fearing that their confirmed accommodations will be canceled.

  Very frustrating experience staying here as part of a wedding block. The wedding shuttle was scheduled to leave at 3:30 and we weren’t able to get into our rooms until 3:20 despite the 3pm check-in time. We also had requested adjoining rooms for our family (including 2 young children) far in advance, which we understand is a request that can’t always be accommodated, but we were instead placed on separate floors. This made things extremely logistically difficult, especially given our time constraints. The check in process was chaotic, and the person originally helping us vanished halfway through.
