    Terrible Experience – The Worst Hotel Stay I’ve Ever Had I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Drums, PA. The comforters in our room were dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with visible spots and stains on both the toilet and the floor. I reported these issues to the front desk, and I was told they would take care of them. Although we were offered compensation, the cleaning that followed was extremely disappointing. When we returned to the room, the comforter had not been replaced. Instead, it appeared that someone had simply used a lint roller to remove the hair. The toilet and bathroom were still very dirty. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum at any hotel, and I was shocked that these issues were not properly addressed even after being brought to the staff’s attention. I have also repeatedly tried to reach the manager on duty to discuss this experience, but every time I call, no one is available. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness and the failure to properly resolve the issues were completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements so other guests do not have to go through the same experience.

    Very clean. Guests at the hotel were loud in the parking lot until 1:30 am. So difficult to sleep, but, not the hotels fault. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee outstanding.

    Be aware, I rented a room through a third-party and the Holiday Inn charged me twice and very uncooperative trying to fix the situation. Told me they were putting a hold on my credit card for incidentals after the room is prepaid and went ahead and charged me twice
