  The customer service from the night manager (I think her name was Stephanie) to the cleaning staff is top notch! Truly a gem hotel find when you are driving along the turnpike :)

  Fire alarm kept going off at the most random times and it became really disruptive to a good nights sleep. The staff shared it was because of the pool room, stream was setting off the sensors. It was still going off randomly when we checked out and there was no steam in the pool room, so I’m not sure how to make sense of that. The door keys also kept failing. When we get to ask for new ones, they just asked our room number, and didn’t ask for an ID, which feels a little like a safety issue.

  Conveniently located in Donegal which for our couple night stay provided a great central location to the various State Parks and United 93 Memorial that we visited during our stay. Kids loved the pool. My wife and I loved the freshly ground coffee bean kiosk in the lobby. Included breakfast is always a plus for any hotel stay. The breakfast was a good variety and not the boring continental breakfast that some hotels like to the provide.

  Clean lobby, clean rooms, clean pool (open til 11!), comfy beds, just a great little hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had bacon and cinnamon rolls! Perfect hotel experience. (Also check out Hillbilly's nearby, great restaurant!) Oh and the lobby had a cool taxidermy display!

  Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and lovely staff. We rolled in at 1am and Austin, the night desk staff, was kind & helpful, getting us in quickly and getting us a late checkout. Breakfast was nice, with several protein options, juices, bagels, cinnamon rolls and good coffee.
