Had a great stay here. Staff was very kind and helpful, even though I've seen them dealing with some extras in the lobby, they were kind enough to say hello and good have a good day. You wouldn't expect the rooms to be this nice (mind my clutter in the photos), but it surprised me quite a bit. Walls are thick enough so you don't hear everyone else, shower pressure is on point, and the bed is very very comfortable. You have Walmart, Wawa, planet fitness, and tons of other stops that are 5-10 mins away or less. Would stay again. (Also they allow pets!)
I have been staying here for almost 6 months and I must say that the front desk staff was polite and very helpful. The staff also Pleasent and eager to please at all times.
They are constantly cleaning and upgrading the premises. Free washers and dryers and will accommodate you if you forgot office supplies or need help.

don’t usually do Google or Tripadvisor reviews, as I am more of a yelper, but since the card was given to us to do a review for either one upon check-in, here you go!
Probably would have given them a 2, but holding steady at one, and this is why.
Here specifically to watch a baseball game. Checked in, brought our luggage to the room, and left.
Returned around 11 PM to a fully packed parking lot.
Could not park in the handicapped spot (someone in my party needs this), and one of the two cars in the designated spot did not have handicap plates/ handicap placard. We went to the front desk to notify them, especially since there are signs saying will tow/ fine, etc., and they said there was nothing they could do, so we said we would call the police, and they said they won't come.... parked the car across the street, returned to the lobby area and told the front desk that the police were called. As we were headed toward the elevator, we heard the front desk person tell some other employee who was there to tell. (couldn't decipher a name) to move their car, etc., etc.
Beyond sketchy, and illegal.
As far as the room goes, old furniture, refrigerator did not work, which we did not realize until we took out our now not cold/not frozen food while packing up.
Shower water pressure was good, but overall lighting in both the bathroom and the overall room was dim.
Carpet throughout the property was rippled and I tripped over it a few times...
Honestly, we weren’t expecting a five star resort type room, but the shenanigans at the front desk magnified everything else.
Honestly, the front desk staff was unfriendly and really didn't seem to like the fact that they were there... area also appears to be not the safest, so we won’t be coming back again.
I was able to check in early, however guest clerks weren’t the friendliest. The elevator had no AC and sounded like it needed service. I had to do some running around , along with preparing for early morning departure, I didn’t notice the toilet was filthy. My sister reluctantly cleaned it because she had to use it. I immediately reported to front desk and they send some lady who claimed it wasn’t her job to clean. If you’re driving don’t expect to have ample parking if you come in late in the evening. The hotel “security “ will point you to a sketchy parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Please look elsewhere, because this was the worse hotel experience I’ve had as an avid traveler.

Lady at the front desk wasn’t very pleasant and didn’t acknowledge me until after I said hello. The hotel is outdated and needs some major updates. I wish I would have looked into the area a bit more before booking because it was a bit rough. Glad we were only there 1 night.
