No fault of the hotel establishment and staff, just beware as the location is definitely not family friendly, and a bit sketchy. Keep aware and guard up of your surroundings. Walking at night or traveling just a few blocks away is not recommended. Be cautious. China Garden Food take out nearby has really good food. Try it.

They do not explain what amenities the hotel offers, nor do they offer room upgrades if you qualify for them. The Asian guy, owner/slash maintenance supervisor, is rather confrontational. Also, the location is not the best as the surrounding neighborhood is run down and appears to be a high crime area.

- CJcayleigh jeanMay 23, 20261.0I was very disappointed with my stay here. The room wasn’t terrible but there was hair all over the bathroom. We were only there for a couple of hours to sleep. I paid for 7 days of parking and got a shuttle to the airport in the morning. I was told to call the front desk when I landed to get a shuttle back to pick up my car. When we landed at the airport I called the hotel for an hour and a half. No answer. Every time I called it just rang and rang. Finally my family was exhausted from traveling, we had to spend another $36 to catch a taxi back to the hotel. When we arrived I was told by the front desk (who was on their cell phone) that the phone never rang. I read the reviews before staying and should have listened to what other people said. I will never stay at the hotel again. Very disappointed.
