- VBV B5 days ago4.0I was unfamiliar with Chester, PA but the price was right. This was actually my first time staying at a Candlewood Suites and I was surprised to find a room with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, along with a microwave and a cook top with two burners. Unfortunately, the shower head was not connected well and the bathroom got spray down. There is not a complimentary breakfast either.

I did experience issues with one of the key cards not working but that was resolved quickly. Also the TV did not have a signal which was also fixed quickly. The room itself was pretty cool with a full size refrigerator and a functional kitchenette. Dislocation is right in front of Chester City Hall with a lot of industrial buildings around. There's not a lot of food options nearby within walking distance however it is close to public transportation. It is in close proximity to the airport and i-95. I felt secure through my entire stay and appreciate the size of the parking lot. The rooms were nice and clean with fresh bedding however the smell and the lobby and elevator was noticeable.
