  Great Hiloday Inn! Rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptional. They treat you well. Front desk is great, especially Susan and Shannon! Susan made us feel welcome immediately and Shannon carried the feeling on the next day. Location is a bit out near the highway, but it's just a quick jaunt down the road to civilization. Free breakfast is pretty decent, and the breakfast staff is very helpful and caring.

  Stayed here 2 nights.. Upon arrival I had to request clean bedlinens because the beds had been made but linens not changed . Dirt and hair on sheets. Also the room was grubby, sticky surfaces and the bathroom was dirty . Toliet had not been cleaned and hair was EVERYWHERE. So after a 12 hour drive I had to clean and make beds. Disappointing. Upside was Staff was pleasent & breakfast was good.

  Don’t even bother. Stay somewhere cleaner. Had to call down multiple times because the pillow case, sheets and duvet all had stains and/or smelled absolutely disgusting. Brown, yellow and red stains on various items. They had no regular blankets to bring up and then brought up sheets that were for a smaller size bed! Phone also didn’t work and there was hair all over the bathroom and stains on the bathroom flooring. They were nice when attempting to help but that doesn’t change the uncleanly area we had to stay in. Leo in the breakfast area was great and kept everything clean and stocked.

  Conveniently located off Interstate 81, nice staff and especially Leo at the breakfast bar ! She was friendly and helpful for whatever we needed! Only complaint was the night stands in the room next to the beds needed to be wiped down by the room cleaners. We did it due to the late hour but did tell front desk.

  We stayed in room 210. The room was nice and comfortable, but we could hear the traffic on the highway at night time. Also, the refrigerator was making noise at night which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The service was excellent. Diner employee Leo was very friendly, caring and professional. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but next time we will get a room opposite to the highway.
