The room smell was horrible- smell of wet dogs! The windows didn’t open. When we complained the lady at the front desk said we can upgrade for 70$ extra. We don’t recommend this hotel!

The mattress is soft and comfy. And, I have a Jacuzzi in my bedroom! I feel very very special. The staff are very kind and helpful. There's room service, but I haven't tried it. I cannot say one bad thing about this stay. Thank you so much! Best, Western Chambersburg!
