- TDTammy DouglasAug 19, 20265.0Customer service was a 10 out of 10. From phone conversations, check in, breakfast, to check out. The room was very clean and the pet fee was acceptable. Parking was a little crowded due to some trailers, but I would definately recommend this place!

Something changed since my last visit and I can only think they have less staff available for housekeeping. . There was a bad order in the rooms and dirty/stained pillows and comforters. No help, care or concern from the front desk that night. Too busy watching soccer I guess. However, I think more training in Customers service and brand representation is very important and necessary. In businesses.
