  I stay with IHG hotels every time I travel and am a platinum elite member so I stay at them a fair amount. I can honestly say this is by far the worst holiday inn Express I have ever stayed at. It makes me a little mad that I wasted 19000 points on this place. The bed was horrible, the room was nasty. I even grabbed a towel while getting out of the shower and when I unfolded it I appeared to be unwashed and had what looked like blood on it. The breakfast looked horrible so I grabbed a couple boiled eggs figuring how could you mess that up but they tasted like they had been sitting in the little refrigerator for several weeks because they were disgusting. There really isn't one good thing I can say about this place and I'm very disappointed that the IHG brand would even allow them to maintain such a poorly ran and maintained hotel. If I can give anyone any advice when staying in that area, it would be to stay as far away from this hotel as you can possibly get. Don't waist your money or your points at this dump. IHG really needs to step in and make the owner actually do some maintenance on this place or drop them from the brand. After staying here and seeing what IHG lets slide it makes me think I picked the wrong brand of hotels to be a member of.

  Stayed here several times in the past few years, but this will be the last. Very dirty and in dis repair. Needs new management. I hope it gets cleaned up because the location is great for me. Had to downgrade my room due to broken elevator. Pool area is unsanitary for many reasons including vomit on the floor for days. Carpets and walls are beyond dirty. Sincerely, Diamond Elite member.

  I travel for work and this is the worse and most disgusting hotel I’ve have ever stayed in. Rust on everything that is metal. Holes in the walls. Dry liquid on walls and tv stand. Overwhelming amount of cleaner when you walk into the hotel. Highly recommend staying somewhere else!

  The first thing I look at when I check into a hotel is how clean is the bathroom? And I must say this one was not very clean. They make chemicals to clean the mildew and mold off of bathrooms, showers and tubs. I would recommend some on this room. Generally just not overly pleased with the hotel. As a goal elite member, I’m generally put on the third floor not on the first floor next to the kitchen where we woke up at 6 o’clock in the morning.

  Floor was dirty, leaking area in bathroom and stains. Surface areas in room were not clean. Fridge smelled bad and had water on it. Room was musky and one of the towels had a hole in it - though reception was nice.
