  I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and booking somewhere else. My family and I travel often, and this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. During our stay, we witnessed the manager, Ernest, speaking disrespectfully to employees and yelling at staff members in front of guests, which made the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable. We also spoke with another guest during breakfast who said the manager gave them attitude when they politely reported issues with their room. Customer service here is clearly not a priority. The cleanliness and maintenance were also unacceptable. The breakfast was awful — the bacon was undercooked and we even found mold on some of the bread. The pool area smelled terrible, the hot tub was barely warm, and the pool liner was peeling up. The rooms looked nothing like the photos online and the property felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel. The only decent things were the beds and the price, but even that is not worth the poor treatment, dirty conditions, and false advertising. Based on our experience, this place seriously needs major health and management improvements and honestly should be investigated or shut down until conditions improve. Save yourself the stress and stay at another hotel nearby instead.

  This property does not meet the expectation of quality commensurate with a Holiday Inn Express. Staff were not accommodating and communication was poor. The physical facility is worn and not well maintained. Despite being a rewards member, I was not recognized at check-in and was housed on the side of the hotel facing a busy freeway with all-night traffic noise making peaceful sleep impossible. There are better options for your lodging.

  I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express because of the higher quality of service and the nice breakfast they offer. I am an IGH Rewards Member. Holiday Inn Express is normally very clean and well kept. This was BY FAR the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is out dated and looks like it is 20 years old and has never been updated. The hallways were filthy and apppeared to have not been cleaned in weeks. There were multiple stains on the carpet and it was disgusting. The room was a little better, but not by much. Again, there were stains on the carpet and the furniture. About the only positive was the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. I normally look forward to the breakfast Holiday Inn Express offers, but this was terrible. It was obvious they use the lowest quality food they could find. Much of it was not really edible...and I will normally eat anything without complaint. The pancake machine was not working and none of the hot food was good except the hashbrowns. When the best part of the breakfast is the carton of milk...that's bad. I very rearely give bad reviews but this place was terrible. DO NOT stay at this Holiday Inn Express!

  Avoid this location at all costs! Our room was filthy, everything was damaged in some fashion (stained lampshades, missing cabinet hardware, drawers that don't close, etc.), the pool left my children's skin and swimwear feeling slimy, all light fixtures are stained and rusting, bathroom fixtures were crusty, and even the luggage carts look to be built from actual garbage scavenged from construction sites. The hallways were poorly lit, walls and carpets heavily stained, and the floor felt like the carpet was laid over dirt, not concrete. If I could award negative stars for this hotel I would. Whomever is managing this Holiday Inn should have their franchise revoked for how terrible this location is!

  3 different rooms over a weeks stay. Each bathroom has the smell of sewage. Showers are disgusting and not pieced together by some unqualified handyman. Walls are through out the hotel are stained, scuffed, paint peeling. Carpet looks disgusting in the rooms and hallways. Smells like mold and stale air. Establishment is very unsanitary. I checked out and swapped to a different hotel. Hotel workers were very rude when confronted on issues throughout my stay.
