  This was the best most SAFEST hotel I've EVER stayed at in my entire life!!! The inside of the hotel is freaking cool. I know they were doing renovations, and it looks awesome! It looked beautiful even before. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. All of the staff. I have zero complaints. It felt like home staying here. ♥️🦋 Hope to visit again:)

  Our stay at Best Western Carlisle South was extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium rate charged during graduation weekend. During our stay, I sustained an injury to my orbital eye area after striking a protruding security latch attached to the room door. The incident was reported immediately, a report was completed, and my contact information was taken with the understanding that management would contact me directly. In addition, we encountered cleanliness concerns including hair, debris, buildup around fixtures, a dead insect, a spot of fecal matter under the sink, and empty shampoo and conditioner bottles that had not been replaced. We also had concerns regarding the room’s ADA accessibility features. Despite reporting these issues, working through Customer Relations, and escalating the matter, nearly a month later I have still not received direct communication from the property’s management.

  stayed two nights, in spite of leaving the door tag asking for a cleanup service... housekeeping did not show up. a bit disappointed. Breakfast is fair. on the positive side - rooms are OK.. sound proof, hot water and fairly large rooms.

  Stayed here 3 nights for Ford Nationals, but never again. Water in the tub wouldnt go down so tub was nasty. Told front desk about it and no one ever came to fix it. Put sign on door for room service to clean room and that never happened the whole 3 days we were there. They are charging full price but you cannot use the swimming pool. Was told they just havent opened it yet, but looking through the fence you can tell it probably has not been used in a few years. If you need somewhere to lay your head for 1 night, id say you can give it a try. If not, look somewhere else!

  To start the night we got here checked in and they put us in a room that was dirty literally looked like housekeeping for that room legit just made up the bed again with the same sheets and pillow cases as they had blood on them so I noticed the pillows right away. I went down got new pillow cases, well we turnt the ac on soon as we got in the room went to dinner come back and the room is still hot so we took the blanket down off the bed that’s when I noticed more blood, so we go down and complain and we end up being moved (awesome) get to our next room the switch don’t work the light right inside the door, the ac works, but the tv you turn it on and right back off it would go. So we call down to the desk guy comes up to see nothing works, talks to us about moving rooms again (beyond irritated at this point). Finally in the third room but literally having to move three times is a little annoying.
