- JGJim Godfrey6 days ago2.0Pool not open Black mold on tub wall and caulk. Open wires from the wall with wing nuts held together with painters blue tape not electrical tape. Code violation in any city. Bed lamps outlet receptacle does hold anything plugged in. Told front desk 2 days in a row toilet won't shut off. Apparently the maid will switch towels but doesn't remake beds.
- MMMeganAug 10, 20261.0This hotel is horrible, the first room we went to the air conditioner didn’t work, so after talking to the front desk they told me the only option was to put me in a room that had mold in it. The said room that had mold in it in the room above the bed where you could tell that the hotel has patched over at some point, there was also no pressure from the shower head, and we were told this is the only available room. The pool was not opened, and they say they offer a continental breakfast but when you go down there’s hardly any food. I’ve stayed here previous years and this hotel was gone down hill completely.

- MAMia AponteJul 13, 20265.0I came in to ask questions about the hotel and the stay. And the lady at the front desk was absolutely a delight to interact with her name was Nida I believe. And omg that week was so long and draining and when I walked in I was blown away by her friendliness and just her energy!!! She made me laugh and gave me information and was just so positive to interact with people like her are so hard to find!!! And when you do you need to point them out!!! We will be back in August all because of that amazing young woman at the front desk. Truly a AMAZING face for the front desk her energy is alone 🥰
