We had no problems with service, checked in, got our keys no problems.Even got good service when purchasing things from the little food shop. Rooms need a little more detail and so does the pool ceiling but we used it and had no issues. Breakfest was great many different options.

The staff was friendly and professional. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. I was a little nervous because the pictures on tripadvisor made the place look sketchy. I also appreciated the crispy bacon and delicious coffee to start my morning. The breakfast had a variety of choices. There is a pool, gym, a computer center, and an outdoor firepit. ( i am not sure when they offer that, perhaps when its much cooler) Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and comfort made for an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

The front desk employee was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help with any of our questions. We were traveling with children and needed assistance with basic requests, but every inquiry was met with impatience or ignored altogether.

I booked the biggest room they have “two queen beds and one sofa bed”. I was planning to sleep on the sofa bed but it was dirty and old. I asked the staff to change the sofa bed mattress but they said they cannot change it!! I I ended up sleeping with my son in the same bed. Plus the bathroom fan barely works which makes the bathroom experience even worse.
