  The rooms were clean, was cool even I arrived. Front desk people friendly and the maintenance guy or I believe he was housekeeping. His name was Joe or Joey. Joe was very helpful with getting clean towels for us. He was very friendly and a real people person!

  Eines der dreckigsten Hotels, welches ich je gesehen habe. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts wurde nicht einmal das Zimmer gereinigt, geschweige Handtücher getauscht usw. 7tage! Im Fahrstuhl verschüttete Flüssigkeit wurde nicht entfernt. Im Treppenhaus abgelegter Müll ebenso. Einfach widerlich. 🤢

  Absolutely disgusting hotel. The worst I've ever stayed at. I'll start with the pros because it's a SHORT list. The location wasn't horrible. Close to shopping and basic food. Walmart is a short walk from the hotel. Also, Joe was super helpful with the issues we had with our room. Now, for the cons. The smell when you walk into the hotel and the smell on floor two, sewer. Reeked. The swimming pool was slimy with almost gelatin like water. Absolutely disgusting. Jumped in and jumped right back out. Couldn't shower that nasty stuff off fast enough. Our room was awful. One comfortor had a blood stain, the other dark colored spots. Didn't see any signs of bedbugs, thankfully! The bathroom had black slime in the tub and on the wall. The toilet seat was half off the toilet. The tissues were completely empty. Only one partial roll of toilet paper. Only two towels. The carpet was super dirty. The water turned BLACK from my feet when I got in the shower. The hallways, stairway and elevator were all filthy. We didn't make it down for breakfast, so I won't judge it. However, I did look in the dining space and it actually looked clean. So, I want to call out Joe. He came up to our room several times to take care of issues that we found. He was friendly and super helpful. He was the best thing about the hotel. Especially considering the night front desk employee was rude. If you're coming through Butler, PA, AVOID this crapshoot. I love IHG and I feel like they offer solid quality for their brands, but not this one. This hotel absolutely sucks.

  I've read others review and same issues. Some one said 4 weeks ago stairs dirty, there still dirty, not cleaned in months. You walk in and there are 6 PA skill games in the lobby, it looked like Vegas in there. It's obvious the owner does not care and is just draining cash on the holiday inn name. The rooms are not up to standards being cleaned, beds look not made. Bathroom and floors not cleaned well. Do to this place I would never stay at a Holiday Inn again. I was there for a wedding and this place is not great.
