  Not a terrible experience but not great either. The toilet ran the entire time, the hair dryer started smoking enough to make the smoke alarm go off and no one came to clean our room even after I spoke to the front desk about it. The first day was a misunderstanding on our part, the second day - I don't know what happened. The beds were comfortable and the pool was refreshing. Also had a good shower. But not sure if choose to stay there again.

  Didn’t like the auto air freshener glued to the wall. Some ppl don’t like chemical air fresheners so it would’ve been nice to turn that off. Room had a slight mildew smell when I first walked in. Beds and sheets were comfy, room was on the smaller side. The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom with the toilet and shower and I thought that was odd. Free breakfast was amazing! So many choices, my kids had so much! 10/10 for the free breakfast!

  Great hotel convenient to everything. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Overall a great place to stay the week when you're on the road working.

  ​"I have never experienced such atrocious customer service. As Diamond members, we expect at least a basic level of respect and reliability. Instead, we were literally in bed resting for the night when hotel staff informed us at 9:30 PM that we had to pack up all our belongings and vacate our room immediately to accommodate someone else. ​To kick out paying, high-tier loyalty guests in the middle of the night to cater to someone else is completely unacceptable management. They showed zero respect for our privacy, our comfort, or our loyalty to the brand.

  As an elite member, this was one of the most disappointing Holiday Inn stays I’ve had. The experience fell well below the standards I expect from the brand. We were there for four days and weren’t able to get breakfast on any of those days. The breakfast service was poorly managed and items were not refilled, leaving guests with very limited options. On top of that, the hotel did not honor the room upgrade benefits that elite members are supposed to receive, and no upgrade was even offered or discussed at check-in. Customer service was equally disappointing. The staff were rude, never responded to messages, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing concerns. To make matters worse, the hotel itself was dirty and clearly not being maintained to an acceptable standard. Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish. Between the lack of elite member recognition, poor customer service, dirty accommodations, and disappointing breakfast, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.
