  How to stay here because of a plumbing emergency at the house we had to stay here before because of issues we had with a septic tank overall very nice, my only complaint this time is that we are on the very top floor in the very last room and I'm a smoker so... However that's my only complaint and I don't think that's very valid as a complaint.

  An upsetting end to our stay — a $250 charge for pillows we did not take. We drove 15 hours to attend a very important event and stayed at this hotel for two nights. On the morning we left, we woke up at 3:00 a.m. to begin another 15-hour drive home, hoping to arrive before dark. We left at approximately 3:20 a.m. There was no one at the front desk, so I left the room keys and we headed home. About six hours later, while we were already well into our drive, the hotel called and told me that six pillows were missing from our room. We did not take any pillows. The staff member asked whether someone in our group might have accidentally taken them, but my answer remained the same: we did not take them. I tried to explain and asked them to review the security footage. Instead, I felt that my explanation was dismissed, and they charged my card $250 without showing me any evidence that we had taken the pillows. Being accused of taking six hotel pillows and charged $250 after such a long trip was extremely upsetting. Guests deserve to have their concerns heard and disputed charges investigated fairly. I am sharing this experience so future guests know what happened to us. I strongly recommend documenting your room’s condition when you arrive and before you leave, and keeping a record of your checkout. I am requesting a refund of the $250 charge and a proper review of this incident. I dispute the $250 charge and deny taking any hotel property. Your inconsistent claims—six missing pillows by phone versus all pillows and towels publicly—require substantiation. We departed at approximately 3:20 a.m., while housekeeping allegedly entered at 9:00 a.m. Preserve all surveillance footage, electronic lock records, and related evidence immediately. Unless the charge is fully refunded, I will escalate this matter to IHG corporate and pursue all available legal remedies, including discovery of relevant records and recovery of costs and attorney’s fees. I retain your prior response, which may constitute evidence of misrepresentation. Provide a written explanation and refund without delay. Lastly, I will file for defamation of character..

  We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything made for a relaxing stay.

  This location is not up to holiday Inn standards. They took shortcuts when pretending to do “upgrades” . The outside is painted but don’t be fooled - it’s old & only superficial upgrades. The hallway reeks of BLEACH & there are rooms with doors propped open with dehumidifiers & bleach. Obviously there is mold & moisture issues. The bathroom looks like it’s in 1970s. Funny they make superficial updates to room (but ceilings and other spots show its age) … but then you open bathroom door & are in another decade . The bathroom looks like 1975 - I skipped the shower . 200$ and skipped a nasty shower with mold and grossness. Yet another slumlord local hotel owner . Find a hotel that is newer . This one is old & you don’t want to breathe the chemicals & air in here

  Excellent all round. Sara, the Front Desk Clerk was exceptional great, professionally polite and courteous to my wife and I. A big "Thank You" to you, Sara. We will come back again because of our positive experience the first time.
