  Check-in was friendly and professional. The room had a nice size and was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The furnishings were a bit older, but overall in good shape. The air conditioning worked quite well, although it was a bit chilly after being set to 60 before we arrived. One thing that particularly impressed us was how the overall hotel was incredibly quiet in the evenings and at night. We heard virtually no noise in the hallway, and even though we weren't on the top floor, we did not hear any footsteps above us. Water pressure in the shower was decent, but it could have been a little stronger. There was only one outlet on the night stand between the beds, so we had to use ones on the other side, which was not as convenient. Internet speed was only 10 - 15 MB, which is too slow for 2026. This was our first time at a Candlewood, and we'd probably consider one for the future, especially if it was new or recently renovated. If you are looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay, I'd recommend the Candlewood Suites Bethlehem South!

  The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and it was quiet and allowed me to get a decent night's sleep. The room is also very convenient as it has a kitchen. Net inside it and the rooms overall were clean and nice.

  At first I wasn't going leave a review but I felt I should because of our bad experience. They mucked up our reservation so arriving at 11:30 pm we had no room. The credit card we gave them had been scammed and consequently our credit union put a hold on it. So now they claim couldn't contact us. After repeating our phone number, they had the area code wrong. They did have a valid email though. The email we received said our reservation was cancelled at 7:30pm. while we were in route. We are IHG reward members. It would have been easy to get our contact info and check our reliability through IHG. I believe we are dealing with ineptitude here and a lack of common sense. We were fortunate to find a room at Holiday Inn. Overall a painful and frustrating experience.

  This room is way better than any room at the wind creek casino. They have a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,coffee maker maker, cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans with a small range stove , measuring cups anything you could need for a feeling of home away from home. They even have a few BBQ grills outside. The room has a huge bathroom with stand up shower and tub, full sized long desk, TV, huge closet for your clothes, you can adjust your heating/cooling, the windows open, They offer free laundry room with 6 washers and dryers, a pantry to buy anything you forgot from home, heated indoor pool, a locker where you can borrow items you need. Free internet, computer and printer access. The staff is very friendly and they leave you alone and aren't all up in your business. Always very helpfull when needed. I also noticed that they let local truck drivers park in there lot over night to rest which I thought was very kind. I love this place and I'd choose it over wind creek any day! The rooms are huge with a kitchen!
